What decent inventory there is seems to be (at least for now) migrating away from LC / EB and towards STG. I have not looked closely to see if Detroit is the same.
As far as cost goes, I'm more of a leisurely dining (HR) than fast food kinda guy so I can't speak authoritatively on QV availability in A2 or the D.

Might see one lady a year nowadays. I will admit that I am picky. But these last few years have been rough on the hobby.
