If remembering correctly, she doesn't live in Portland, comes up from South to hit 82nd, I guess depending on her need. You might see her every night for a bit, then no sightings for a while.

It has been an odd week on 82nd, must be the holiday. Medium PD out and about, but they seem to be more focused in disruption. I apologize, I don't know names, so I will do my best with descriptions.
