If we were to do this in Maryland I think we might need to focus on a specific county. Baltimore county seems like a good one.

AMPS are legal. They are already taxed. What is not legal may be extra services you receive and pay the girl for. Your house fee is already part of the legitimate income of that business, reported and taxed.
What you are really talking about is legalizing prostitution. That just is not going to happen. Even if it did, the girls in AMPs mostly do not have papers allowing them to legally work in the USA, they may be here legally but not to work, some may not be here legally. As such they could not work if the extra services were legal, taxable and income needed to be reported. Instead of a flock of girls comming you would see an exodus to states where they could work undetected, undocumented and keep all their money.

I want for us to impose a luxury tax on ourselves. AMPs are legal, but can be closed down based on accusation.
In Oakland, CA the marijuana cafes imposed a special tax on themselves that they pay to the city of Oakland. Now the marijuana cafes are a revenue source for the city, and (suprise suprise) harassment has dropped to near zero.
Currently AMPs pay the same taxes as a mechanics shop. What I am proposing is that they pay more.
Money talks! If the county gets their share everyone will win.

If i have to pay for pick up, then my taxes should be reduced that portion of the fee they use to pay the garbageman today.

I see, not a bad idea, I do not know how that would work, in CA medical mj is legal so it is kind of a grey area, our hobby currently is not.

Not sure where you get your info. Perhaps that is just your experience. I have known many women (not working spas or the hobby)who climax in just a few moments of stimulation. Sure there are girls out there who take a long time, but just as there are women for whom it is difficult, there are women for whom it is very easy to climax.
That BS some women tell you about needing a "connection or feelings" for the guy in order to climax is just that BS, for some I am sure it is true because it is in their heads, programed by their own experiences. Women can and do climax from stimulation regardless of connection or emotions and many do it quickly and frequently.

My comments about women having diffuculty reaching climax was relative to how easily a man reaches climax (especially men of the same age as AMP women). I also know women who reach climax quite quickly, but it has never been an AMP woman. I would agree that the AMP women feel a good sensation during the session, but it a question if they really "get off" with us.
