Re: Advance Payment Of The "Tip"
Back in the room, she wasted no time in asking for the tip upfront. I offered $.5, which is a little higher that the $.4 that I normally give. Even though she asked for it upfront, I was hoping that the session to come would be reflective of the table shower.

I explained to her what I was not satisfied with as a customer. But to no avail, she just said that she can do whatever she wants, doesn't care about what the customer's expectations or wants are, and doesn't care about what other girls normally do.
Thanks for the detailed report. In my opinion it's preferable to not pay the "tip" in advance at an AMP, and that's my policy. If an AMP provider requests advance payment of the tip, a customer can show her that he has the money and then explain (in a polite and friendly manner) that the amount of the "tip" will depend upon the quality of the service. If a provider refuses to proceed without advance payment of the tip, a customer can ask the mama for a different provider or simply leave that AMP. In my opinion it's better to limit the loss to $50 than risk losing the full $200. If the tip is paid in advance, then what the provider in this case said is often true: "she can do whatever she wants" and doesn't have to "care about what the customer's expectations or wants are." A customer's advance payment of the tip shifts the balance of power completely to the provider.
