Was passing by K-Ave. On Christmas day around 7 pm, surprised to see few of them working that day. I saw a tall older gal named Rose near Tioga,she said she is italian and 36 yrs. Then few blocks away I saw this girl named Tina, blonde, nice body and very good looking by cambria. She really wanted to hangout with me but I was running late. Anybody know anything about this two gals, specially Tina. She told me she lives with her cousin on cambria.

Met Gina this morning near Little Lou's. BBBJ, definitely competent, took direction well, total damage 30, she spit afterwards. Dark shoulder length hair, looks slightly bottom heavy, noticeable scar on the left side of her jaw. There's only three times when an addicted girl doesn't work. First, if they are in communicado, the big house. Second if they by chance find themselves in rehab somewhere. Third if they are dead. These are the very cold, hard facts of the girls we deal with. Happened to watch a documentary on addiction and the movement of drugs from the harvest till it hits our streets. The average lifespan of an addict is at best seven years. That's from the first contact with drugs till the last. That's some pretty serious info. These girls know they are flirting with death every time they roll up their sleeve. Yet they still do it in spite of the consequences. Then it's back to the street corners to work toward the next shot. If they step out to get a smoke then they are smoking and working. In any legitimate occupation someone that committed would be a prized employee. Not their chosen field though. Pretty sad existence.

So never be surprised if you see a girl working no matter what the day. They are always at work somewhere. Me, I'm just an 'OL Gator.

I've been reading your forums (and international forums) for a while now. I've always done Massage Parlors or BP, but today was my first attempt at picking up a girl on the street. I drove my car there to the intersection of K&A and honestly was a bit paranoid about the guy behind me following me and being a cop. I did some driving around until I finally ended up on Kensington. I drove down at least a mile and saw a few girls (most had guys with them so I followed your rules). I only saw one that was alone and she looked directly at me but nothing happened when I pulled around the corner. I'm very new to this (have never done a WSW) and would like to know what I did wrong. Although I can already tell you I only tried this for about 15 minutes since I first got to K&A, and I know you guys tell me patience.

Drove down 7th St this morning. Started at Oregon and drove toward Snyder. At 7th and Wolf a 30 yo WSW was standing outside. She was approximately 5'4, 110 lbs. Brunette. Brown eyes. She was wearing jeans a hoodie. Said her name was Tammy.

I made eye contact with her before pulling over on the corner. She came and hopped right in. We drove around for a minute and agreed on terms. BBBJCIM car date. Went to a secluded spot to finish the deal.

Total damage was. 3 would repeat. She said she her phone is off (of course) but she is out a lot.

I do maintenance and have say 6 guys in their 50's for small jobs that do use drugs till this since 10 years old.

This is the break down for a SW. Childhood addict. Hits the streets till 40. Methadone kicks in for 10 years. Psych meds in the end. They are true life zombies hard to slay.

Do you think I should try getting there earlier? I could get there by 10:30 tonight and hope for something better I guess.

Yet for every 35-45 year old addict there are that many that never got to that age. Those numbers aren't mine. I got them from the Drugs Inc documentary on Netflix. Not sure how they arrived at those numbers. I do believe they have some basis to come to that conclusion. They didn't say it was the rule but on the average.

No matter what the numbers are they are way to high. They are downright scary. Any monger with any amount of experience knows first hand how many get lost that we know about. Then there are that many again that die in the shadows and not identified for years if at all. They die due to the use of drugs or they are victims of the streets.

So yes, there are those that get past age 35-40 not that many from what I've seen in my life. Just as many don't make it. We can't be fooled by the few that do into believing there is no threat or that is the norm. As there is nothing further from the truth. The variables will always be there. The sad truth is between the bad garbage drugs they are taking, the decent drugs, the length of time they have been using, and the many elements they deal with, the life expectancy is greatly reduced. In my many years of experience more people didn't get out or make it than did. The retirees club is very limited.

So I agree in a concentrated area it may appear there are a lot of survivors. The reality on an overall scale is there are very few. This year alone in the first four months nine girls that I know died from drugs or the streets. I don't know of nine or more that got past thirty five and are still using or that got out alive and are clean. Now I may be totally wrong. I do think there is some merit to the documentary. With all due respect, until it's proven otherwise, I will continue to believe less survive than do Me, I'm just an 'OL Gator.

1) You have been reading the forums getting knowledge "the easy way" rather than the school of hard knocks on the streets!

2) You have a healthy respect for the situation you were in: watching who was behind you and watching girls with guys / pimps.

3) You came back here and asked for advice! Again good to learn where the learning is easy!

When I started, I was like you paranoid of everything. (which aint' bad place to start) I drove around for 3 months before making the first scoop and that was when gas was $5/ gal. So taking some time to get a feel for what a working girl looks like, where LE hides, where one can turn, how to navigate the one-way streets, etc. Is all part of the process.

Now I'll ask, you said the girl looked at you, but did you get "the look?" Second, when you made eye contact what did you do? Did you smile at her? Nod your head or give any indication of interest? I know the first time I see a girl I am usually checking her out: size, shape, dress, way she walks / handles herself, is she drug sick, is she someone who I want to scoop? Then on the second or third pass, after reconning the area for "my buddies", pimps & other hazards, THEN I'll give a smile, nod the head or point to the street I am going to turn on so she knows to follow.

So yeah, do give yourself some time to observe and learn and let things happen as they may. I know when the little head is in need that isn't always easy to do. But I have gone home many a time, tail between my legs rather than force something and take an unreasonable risk. There is a bit of art to this be patient with yourself as you learn- you are doing the right things, keep those up and you'll do well in the long run!

As stated by CL there are three major tools of value at the disposal of any Monger. They are Caution, caution and caution. If these rules stay in the front of a Mongers head he will have very little adverse issues to deal with. He will be able to deal with any encounter he may have. Without exercising these three rules you are headed for failure from jump street.

We all make mistakes. We have errors in judgement. We don't always hit the target we aim for. We all have gone home empty handed. This is important to understand. Another thing to keep in mind is we are not the only person doing this activity at any given time. There are others around you that have the same motives you have. Maybe even more experience. No girl is corner lounging hoping Willy comes along to get her well. She's waiting for whoever makes the move to get her.

There are a couple issues that are not addressed in the Mongering Rules. I'll try as best I can to cover them here.

It has been stressed over and over many times to never carry funds you are not willing to part with. This is paramount to get this engrained in your mind. There are girls that prey upon new, green, novice, unsuspecting Mongers. They will stick a knife to you, hold you at gunpoint or do anything to get whatever funds you may have. They have an accomplice close by.

They are brazen, bold, courageous. They know you won't report any altercation because you are involved in illegal activity. Don't play into their hand. You will lose every time. I keep a dummy roll of cash specifically for this purpose. A few dollar bills wrapped around some newspaper with a rubber band around it.

Always remember a new, green, novice monger stands out like a sore thumb. He's the guy that cruises the Avenue at a snails pace. He holds up the natural flow of traffic looking up and down every street he passes. Not really knowing what he's looking to find. Staring at and drooling over anything that remotely resembles a woman. Sometimes the girl he's drooling over is a guy dressed as a woman. Although that could very well be what he's looking for. He's the guy that sees the strip as the shopping mall for pussy. He's the guy that will throw caution to the wind and pull right up on a girl on the strip. He will drop the window she will bend over, lean in, tits out, ass in the air and they discuss any deal at hand. We see this day in and day out. The girl doesn't give two hoots who sees what she's doing. She has the opportunity to get some cash. She jumps at the chance with no caution at all. If we recognize this bold act of defiance then surely so does LEO.

Now, of course, if stopped, the guy can give the standard "I was offering the girl a ride" line. A line every officer has heard more times than I have hairs on my head. They will never believe you no matter how legal it is to do that. They are far from as they say "stupid". It burns them up to be taken for stupid. So don't play that game with them lest you be the stupid one.

He or she may ask why you didn't stop to offer any of the other six women you passed to offer a known prostitute a ride? Hard pressed to explain that one. Caution must always be the deciding factor in all we do out there. Some officers know what you are doing. They've seen you pass the area five times in the last hour. They will threaten you with jail. They will threaten to send a letter to your home stating you have been observed in illegal activities involving prostitutes. The use of a little common sense and caution can avoid these confrontations.

When engaging in the fine art of Mongering try to "blend in" as best you can. Have a believable response to any question LEO may offer you if stopped. Keep the flow of traffic moving smoothly. Learn to scan the street ahead of you so you can pull over before or after your target without standing out. Never ever pick a girl up at the spur of the moment. It can be disastrous.

When I'm at a light I never pull up on the car in front of me. I always leave escape distance between myself and that vehicle. Anything can and will happen on the street. I've had bullets sail by me. I've seen confrontations develop and debris begins to fly like it has wings. I've had people bang on my windows trying to get in. I've had to mace people that became to aggressive trying to get in. I've been chased by other vehicles. Anything can and will happen. Leaving that distance between vehicles serves two purposes. First if the vehicle in front needs to back up for any reason they have the room. Then as previously stated should you need to vacate the area quickly you can do so without a back up. Just pull away. That one bit of caution can save you vehicle damage and maybe your life.

The playground we visit is a grown up world. There are no "play nice rules" . There is no "time out" for rule violators. It's every man for themselves. Get in the way you can become very dead meat. The element you encounter in that world is nothing like the quiet streets of Jersey or the Main line. It's a dangerous world filled with Addicts, drug dealers, murderers, gun battles, and every criminal element one can imagine.

So the caution factor must play an important role in any activity one engages in on the strip. If ever there's anything that doesn't sit right with you, move on to a more comfortable encounter. You will be a happier camper than if an encounter turns out bad. Me, I'm just and 'OL Gator.

Got to give it to that dude and he is vast experience. Listen up and learn!

Only thing I could add is how to deal with LE when stopped. Have referenced this video before, but find myself reviewing it periodically. Got to have the techniques and mindset ingrained as once stopped, is no time to try to remember what was said in the video. LE is trained to get you to incriminate yourself. No lawyer can get you out of a charge when you confess voluntarily. So learn how to avoid the LE "gotcha games!

Watch at least the 1st 15 min of this video. Then watch it again, and again until your eyes bleed or until you can recite it by heart.

Greetings fellow mongers, I was just in your fine city on a sightseeing trip with family. I was able to slip away and take a little stroll through Kensington Ave. About 2 blocks in I spot a blonde named Jaime. Very nice demeanor, decent skills and takes instruction well. Great tits, and seemed to have swallowed a good portion of baby batter. I'm not sure if she's well known or not but I do have digits for seniors who don't have them.

TBH, I'm so lost in that area because I had never ventured there. I felt like everyone knew why I was there though. I did go again last night and saw a lot of cops around so I got nervous and didn't circle back for about 15 minutes. Better safe than sorry I guess. I flipped a coin and it told me that I should try tonight. I drove around for a while but kept in mind the pointers mr gator gave me earlier. I turned down jasper near the end of kensington to try and turn around and I saw a girl I had seen walking earlier. I motioned for her to come to me around the corner and then another person approached me. I was praying it wasnt a man and it wasnt! It was another SW and she hopped in. We drove around a while til we saw a quiet street and had a nice time for 4. Her name was queen (she was black). She did try to rush me but otherwise she wasn't too energetic, too down, or anything. Seemed like a nice girl. Thanks for all the help guys. I used to do BP a lot but got scared about the stings I would read about. After 23 years of fun and excitement, I gave up 'cruising' four years ago. Does anybody remember a tall, beautiful Puerto Rican girl who went by the name of 'Gina?' She usually hung out from Little Lou's to Diamond Furniture, she stood about 5'7", on the thin side, with long, shapely legs, a great ass, tits that weren't too big, weren't too small, almond shaped eyes, olive skin and flowing dark hair. Maybe it is my imagination, but since BP has removed it's escort ads, it seems like there are some new faces on the street, some higher end looking girls. Most of the ads on BP have migrated over another dating part of the site, so they're still able to pull in business it seems.

I've checked out the area both early mornings and rush hour, haven't seen too much of a difference in number of girls out, or quality. Maybe it's just my luck. Or lack thereof.

There were a few arrests on 1/7/17 - even that was just a blip. January has had only 15 prostitution related arrests to date. This doesn't count possession or paraphernalia arrests where LE didn't chose to include a prostitution charge.

No males (Mongers or Gay tricks) have been arrested in January.

Over the past 5 years, January tends to have fewer arrests than an average month. December is usually one of the top months, presumably LE trying to get numbers up to increase year end totals.
