Reason being, you've got a lot of traffic on these streets so it's a lot easier to blend in. At night, you'll see LE every 5th car on Lincoln. Actually would not do SW's anyway, to much risk, from LE and their managers. But sometimes I look. Good memories of the Sunset Strip in the 1960/70's and early 80s. In the dive bars in those days in that area, bought them three drinks, gave them the change from a 20, and the alcoholic semi pros were yours for the night. Sometimes the bar manager would let you use his office for 10 bucks.
