There is a difference between filming a production and just using it as an excuse for hobbying. Plus you would need to get an occupational license, either incorporate or file a fictitious name, set up a custodian of records for the 2257 Regulations (federal law requiring proof of age for performers), setting up occupational health standards, finding a place you can legally film the production (no, your house or a hotel would not pass muster). I know people use their homes and hotels, but technically your residence would have to be zoned for adult entertainment and unless you had written permission from the hotel / motel management and they were zoned for adult entertainment that too is a no go. Plus you could not just film the activity but have the ability to distribute it and attempt to do so. I'm no attorney, but the information is out there and a good search either on the interwebs or better yet westlaw (at the Orange County Public Library0 will reveal countless failed attempts to do so. I know that in South florida there are large production houses like BangBros, Reality Kings, MoFos, etc. , but even the legality of what they do has come into question. Al I can say is this would be quite expensive and you'd probably run a greater risk of being shut down or busted than just picking up trade off the street.
My advice, find a regular girlfriend.

I received this information from the Daytona forum, from Cougerlover so credit goes to him. It seems there is a site that does the same thing arrest sites do by posting mugshots then demanding money to take them down, something they never do no matter how much you pay. Exposing johns is the site, and I checked it. Creepy site. They have the ph#s and pics from people who allegedly "solicited prostitution". Many of these pics look as if they have been pulled from social media sites, probably by linking phone numbers with profiles.
How legal is that? Well soliciting prostitution is a charge placed by authorities based on evidence, or the perception of it. To capture a phone number from a third party as these people state they do is based on hearsay, and that impacts the individual's reputation, and life. It is a good case for civil tort, but odds are the servers are out of the USA, somewhere where it is legal to do so, or they just do not care.
So this mean that if you do not have a monger phone, here is another reason to get one. As for using Google Voice, here is a tip, do not use one that is linked to your regular google gmail account. No matter the bogus phone number they gave you, it can be backtracked to your account. Try using a different account linked to the monger phone (another reason to get one!). Or if you have android use Heywire. That app is similar to google voice but less of a hassle, and it gives you another phone number (remember to have the area code of a city on the other coast).
