Like another post said, the cameras could be rolling and observed remotely.

I'm guessing the neighborhood watches the police just the same as the police watch the neighborhood. It seems that maybe the girls know when the tower is occupied or not? I've cruised the area a few times recently and twice was completely dead but yesterday was very active. It seemed everyone and their mother was out working, one BSW was walking SC right in front of the tower eyeing every vehicle for potential friends, while JJ was stumbling around high as fuck working Regan.

Maybe for now that's the cue for business as usual-if they're out, it's cool.

The towers are equipped with high zoom pan and tilt cameras and LEO can watch life footage from any computer.

They mainly use them from remote (close by but out of sight) to monitor hot spots for drug traffic.

There is most likely no blinking red light indicating that you're on air.

I would certainly act like a law abiding citizen around them.

Haven't stopped in a while but did today with bad traffic. SC and Reagan: Police Tower up at 7/11. A string of 2 WSW and 1 BSW quite well-separated seemed to be walking in single file from Reagan north of S to Regan south of SC, all the way down to the inns. And then walk back.

I don't have any experience with SW, my car doesn't have AC (all to the monger!) So would appreciate how yall would have approached the following scenario. The other day at a hotel, I saw a FINE AA lady leaning up against the door to her room. Low cut tank, no bra, tons of cleavage, and wearing sweatpants. Looked like a handler leaning against a car nearby. When I walked past her she didn't look at me, while getting in the car, the handler left and then she started looking at me! I made it obvious that I was checking her out, not hard to do, driving slow and staring, LOL. She returned my stare with a slight smile and we watched each other as I drove away.

Thoughts? Was she working or just enjoying the attention. Boyfriend or handler? Is there something discreet I could have said to her to let her know I was willing to play? Its no worries if you don't feel comfortable giving away your best lines LOL!

If I'm wrong, then she shouldn't have been dressed like that. Next thought would be to make sure there are no LEOs lurking around, or spying, if that hadn't already been done. Last thing you want to be doing is thinking with your little head, and staring right at those gigantic melons and being obvious while LE is watching you. Assuming the area appears to be clear of LEOs, I'd be on the lookout for anyone that might do me harm. Anyone that might rob, or mug me. If I didn't see anyone that I thought might do that, then I might have smiled, and made a friendly gesture for her to come to me, and I might ask her if she could use some company. She might then reply, "Sure. What do you have in mind?" and that's when you could reply back with specifics to see if she'd be down with it. If she was, and I went back into her room, I'd make a point to check the bathroom, closet, and if there is room to where someone could fit underneath the bed, there too. She might think that's a bit unnecessary, or that you're being paranoid, but better safe than sorry I say. If you feel that there is any reason that you could be putting yourself in danger, I'd say pass on it. I'd like to agree with BackpageDude in the assumption that most of the time time, they're just interested in making money, and not ripping anyone off, or doing anything that could potentially bring in the police. That said, I think there still is that small percentage of idiots that would try to do something stupid, and because of that would still be cautious. Especially with this being someone you've never met before or know anything about. Now if you end up seeing her repeatedly, you would have past experiences to go by in determining how trustworthy she is moving forward, but on a first time deal, I'd be careful because you don't have that past experience to go on as far as how someone usually operates.

I'd also add that, I'd take into account whatever she was doing at the time that I found her in sizing up what the risk would be in going back to her room. If it appeared she was going to walk the streets, and you caught her just as she was walking out of her room, I'd assume there is most likely no one lurking in her room looking to mug or jump ya. If she's hanging out by her room, and not going anywhere, then I think that might warrant a little bit more caution even though it's probably okay to go inside based on the assumption that they want money, not police.

As for the guy you mentioned, if it were me, I'd wonder if it might be a boyfriend, or boyfriend / pimp as that might explain why she would avoid eye contact with you while he's around. He might have some jealousy or insecurity issues that she doesn't want to deal with. If it's a pimp, it could be that she was wanting to make money without him knowing since pimps typically take everything they make, and she might have wanted to have a little bit of money for herself to spend on whatever. Cigarettes, a coke, etc. Without having to get permission from a pimp to do so. I've come across a couple of SWs in the past that wanted to secretly keep some money for themselves from what they'd call their "old man". Those would be my thoughts on it.

I have never smoked, and hardly ever drink. Probably about as drug free as they come. I figure the pussy addiction costs me enough to where I don't really need any other.

But I am glad that you mentioned the dopeheads, as I did not realize they play a distinct role in our hobby that is separate from that of a pimp. Previously, I had assumed that if it appears someone is working with a SW that their role must be that of a pimp, or handler, and that they must be closely associated, but can see from what you are saying that, that may not necessarily be true. From my travels, I can see where in some cases, what it would appear you have is a whole community of dopeheads (lazy looking, unkempt people) that hang around the SWs, and vice versa. They don't appear aggressive, or over-domineering. They just look like lazy bums hanging out. In other cases, I have seen guys hitting a SW in the face, in which case, I'd assume that would more likely be a pimp acting out over the SW not making enough money for him then it would a dopehead.

Based on that, it would seem like the most notable difference between a pimp and a dopehead would be one sometimes using violence to control, and beat someone into submission, and the other not doing that.

Drove through Woodlawn the other night, and saw what appeared to be Snowy and Michelle out. They were both wearing long sleeved clothes that completely covered their arms, and legs. I suspect they choose to dress this way to hide their sores, and decided against picking them up based on what I already knew about them.

Then I saw another WSW out, and her boobs were kinda hanging out at first. She noticed me checking her boobs out, and made an unmistakable blow job gesture with her mouth and tongue as I passed her by. Checked the area for LEOs, and didn't see any. I did see the LE tower in the back towards the Radisson Hotel is still up, moved out of sight of the tower to where she was. Another monger was talking to her through his car window, and then got spooked by me coming up along with the guys standing around nearby, that might or might not have been pimps. So he drove off, and I heard the WSW tell one of them that "You're scaring them off!" before pulling up to her. Once I pulled up, I asked her if she could do anything for 20 to which she replied, "Hell no!" And then I drove off. The next day, I took that 20 and went to Golden Corral and enjoyed myself a nice steak dinner. Her loss I guess.

Also, I didn't notice it when I first passed her by, but when I got up close to ask her if she could work with 20, I noticed she had sores all over her chest as well. So between who I think to be Snowy, and Michelle wearing clothing that completely covers their arms and legs, and the sores that were visible on the other SW I talked to, I left with the impression that a bunch of sores is about the only thing I was missing out on Woodlawn.
