I think some of subCmdr's luck is rubbing off on me. MsOxyMoron (aka young hottie #2) left the SA site. Says that she was too busy working and just not up for all it took to manage. She just wasn't finding what she wanted. Now I did not take this personal as I never offer the big money they are looking for. Up to this point, I'm giving $ per meet (plus paying for hotel). We get to talking about her bills, etc and her desire to move. I ask, how much per month is she short to move into a place that she wants. She say $300 per month. I ask how much does she need to quit the 2nd job. She says $800. I'm like wow, that's a hefty monthly sum.

So I propose the following. She finds a place of her own and I'll foot the $300 per month difference. We'll have to talk about it in advance and agree on a 6 month or 12 month arrangement to coincide with the lease term. She was so excited and says that she'd even give me a key and I can see her as much as I can get free. I apologized that I could not help with the 2nd job, but I'm 100% in on helping with the place.

Now this probably could be slippery ground for some. But I feel pretty cool about this arrangement. I was spending more than this monthly just seeing her twice a month. I'm guessing, including meals and entertainment, I'll be looking at $500 or less per month and getting drained up to 2 to 3 times a week. Plus, no restrictions on my other activities.

Ok my brothers, I've given my word that if she finds a place, I'll do my part. So I'm not looking for advice. But I'd love to hear your thoughts on this.

So I have been reading alot. And I joined SA and I even got a profile up. And even recieved a few winks 5.

I am just curious about a few things. What do you guys and girl think of the ads with $1000 to $3000 per month, and the $3000 to $5000 etc. Do you go after these or do you just go after the negotiable ones?

In the expensive areas with lots of big-money SDs in the pond, $3K a month may be average; in most smaller places with few big fish, a few hundred a month should net a decent selection of babies, despite what they advertise. Many start off thinking that if a girl can get $3K in New York City they can get it in Winnamucka, but reality sets in eventually. I live in one of the latter areas, so consider that with what I say.

Many of the girls that list the $1k-$3K range can be talked down to reasonable amounts, especially if they've been on the site for some time. As I said, many start off with unrealistic expectations and then learn the lay of the land. The ones that list higher amounts ($3K-$5K or above) have in my experience been far less likely to negotiate realistic amounts; they have their standards, and they're not going to change, which is their right. But only the truly exceptional ones get that kind of money, because in most areas there are relatively few men that can afford that.

The $ 1 to 3000 generally settle on $1000, which is $250 / pop. This is an average escort cost / hr but hopefully with a true SB and not a hooker in disguise you can spend many hours if not the whole night together.

$3 to 5000 / month and above are GPS and should be avoided as arrogant or ignorant. Rarely they are exceptional and some rich SD will pay them. There is certainly not as much competition for the GPS girls.

No pictures? Pursue them if they sound good My ATF HCG had no pics, and when she put up pics they were not good, but I saw her anyway and had a wonderful 1 1/2 yrs.

However, these women can do the math just like the rest of us and my guess is that a 6 to 12 month time frame is like planning a lunar landing. She probably can't think much past next week. Your money comes out up front and then what? Hope you are lucky and come back here with great stories and photos but I have tried similar arrangements and it just has not worked out. I think your unit cost (price / pop) will go up. Just my prediction.

I found this thread a couple of months a go and find it one of the most informative discussions on this site. I've found that not many hit my inbox without a photo. So you have to send more emails and let them see your private photos to get their attention. I can be a lot of work, but definitely engaging.
