I'm not very experienced at all myself and just getting into the hobby, so others please feel free to chime in and fill in the gaps. But some of the best orgs rn seem to be LSC (Cora for eye candy, Mila seems to be extremely popular rn, Ciara for service, etc.), BGC, CA (heard good things about Jade), AEC for GFE, and some newer more "independent" ones like Yuffie (Korea-Pie now I guess. She's renowned for the waterworks) or Jennie (LKS). (All the abbreviations p much align with the URL and org names, so hope it's not too confusing.).
LSC's probs most consistent and a staple, pretty much can't go wrong. But screening is rigorous (ID, pay stub, references, selfie), idk if you'd want to go through the hassle for your visit.
Others are less demanding. KGA is one that I was referred to as a newbie since it's light screening. Yuna was supposed to be a legend, but have heard YMMV heavily now. Kat at KGA also has good and meh reviews.
Do you have any preferences for what you're looking for? Idk much about the Kgirl scene in LA since never been down there before, but my understanding is that talent's usually better (younger) but also at a higher price-point / upcharge compared to Bay Area. So my 2 cents might be skewed, but still hope this helps!
