The issue is mainly related to '#!' symbols together. Anyway, here is how you can see it.

Here is the URL that Bill posted, but the site changed to something that doesn't work.

You need to do 2 things.

1. Replace '#tampa' to '#!/tampa' (notice that I have added exclamation mark followed by the forward slash).

2. Remove all blank spaces from the URL.

If you do that, you will see the picture as long as the ad is still active.
