The short answer is no. St. Louis does not have anything like some of the better places that can be found in Chicago. Maybe a few tug joints scattered around the 'burbs but none are worth visiting. This may have something to do with the fact that our metro area has 700+ separate government units, most with their own police departments, all trying to out-arrest each other.
