And there are smiles and then there is a real actual hey this is a good person smile. Nothing else has guided me to the right choices more than this simple rule. Really it gets down to that some providers are doing it because they have to and some are at least partial wonderfully "slutty" horn-dog ladies, which is all you can ask for in life. I believe slutty just means "has the sex drive of a male" and should not really have the negative connotations it does.
