A friend of mine says that the most famous Inga in OTR is not in the lineup Harpo posted. The lower left image is a (fugly) white girl--no way brown-skinned, attractive Inga:

It IS true that Inga is of mythical proportions in OTR. My friend said she would be up for anything, once jumping on the bed, stripping off her shorts and pleading for my friend to "Eat me out, PLEASE eat me out!" Yes--she was seriously dependent on crack, and could suddenly turn super paranoid, halting all activities. He says she was extremely adept at getting her way: "Please take me to get some butter..." And buttered up, he says she was a sex machine (unless she turned paranoid).

BTW, my friend says all LE in OTR know her, and will pull you over if they ever see her in your car!!! Again--as we have repeated endlessly, get the hell out of OTR once you have found a friend.

My friend says he can't tell for sure from that image, but it may well be Inga. That Inga's image is, at least, brown-skinned... Obviously not so attractive in this mug shot, either because of the circumstances, and/or the toll the street has taken.

If I pointed out the wrong SW/Girl then let me straighten that out. For those who don't know, I am saying of the picture of the black girl labled Inga.

She is a trip NOW, and I have known Inga for over ten years now, maybe a few years longer.

I knew her in her God Days. When she was one of the Sexziest SW in the area, Black or White. She always dressed like she was going out to a Club, and ALMOST ALWAYS wore a Dress/Shirt, w/No Panties, and High Heels. There was No one in the area who did NOT know INGA or had been with her.

A Lot of the Cops took their turns with Inga too, and she could really name some names, if she were still in her right mind. But Inga has NOT told to date, when she easily could. The Cops know her in more than just an Arresting Way.

Today, Inga, is too cracked out, and the stories of her BOLDNESS are often true. Inga has always been Bi, that is how she got so many of the working Part timers under her wing. I met a lot of regulars through INGA.

I had to let Inga go on her way, when she started arguing with me if I did not pick her up, and start yelling and trying to open my car door, knocking hard on the window at the Stop lights. She almost got me pulled over several times. Once she even told the Cops I took her money, but he knew better. This happened at the light at Vine and McMic. At that point she was GONE!

She was Totally Cracked out, and had LOST her Looks, Appeal, Charm, and Build.

Recently Once at the same corner she looked at me said "HELLO" and that she was trying to get back to the way she use to be, as I sat at the light.

She was very pleasant about it, and knew not to walk up to the car, or yell out. I smiled and drove out. I still avoid contact with her, and if anyone else wants her, then to each his own. For you BJ'ers Lovers, she is missing her upper teeth. Hint, Hint!

Personally I Still Feel Kinda SoRRy for Her. SW can't dress and act that way anymore around here, unless she is working the Clubs and Bars. You won't get them for 30 dollars. Try 100 to start with! More for the High End older generation Clubs/Bars.

The Bars in OTR/WE/LPH/S. Fairmt you can still get a bargain at 50, but you have to look hard, for anything DECENT.

Now did that clean things up a bit. I am stll using Win98, and my computer will freeze up sometimes in the middle of a post, and I have to reboot. You know the deal!

Not much to report guys. I haven't been in OTR since last saturday when I met Beth for an afternoon delight.

Tonight, friday was dead and LE was medium heavy patrolling the area. Saw a group of 5 cops on bikes at Walnut and McMicken. They were hassling all the folks sitting on the steps across the playground. Alot of people are getting arrested for any little.

Only spotted a few SW's but not anyone new or special. There is some activity in Covington off the usual streets.

Where are most of SW's going these days? I know some are in jail now. So here are the lasted unfortunate girls swept up this week. Some will be out of jail in a month or more.

If you guys see and talk to any girls still out there, try to tell them to change their habits on the streets so they don't get caught. They could make better $ if they hang out at fountain square or different places than the same spots in OTR. Just an ideal.

I have attached a picture of a Sheriff's cruiser parked in the church parking lot on McMillian near Race, as well as a map showing the location. The importance of knowing this is that they are monitoring (recording?) cars which pass several times (as during cruising). I would not pass these guys more than twice, and not even twice if you have picked up a friend. Police recognize many SWs in OTR, and tho it is not technically illegal to give someone a ride, even the tiniest of infractions gives them an excuse to stop and hassle.

I heard if from a reputable source that "fun loving" Rachael, long time OTR SW is at least HIV positive, if not in full blown AIDS. Rumor is that she was busted for continuing soliciting even tho she was confirmed as HIV positive. Then her health took a serious turn for the worse in jail. I hope you all used protection with her as with ALL FS encounters with SWs...

Pan Head: Obviously, you are new to Cincinnati, and SW Ohio in general. SW Ohio (NOT Street-Walker Ohio!) may well be the epicenter of puritanism in the puritanical midwest. So-called "community values" groups have hijacked the political/"justice" system, and demand ever more outrageous suppression of free speach: "The only good sex is NO sex."

Perhaps other contributors to the board know of adult club opportunities, but... I gave up on them. (Formerly notably in Newport, KY (Brass Ass, etc), possibly a few in Covington?). Even Newport's clubs have been suppressed (other mongers: do you agree?)

I have seen billboards between Cincinnati and Columbus, and maybe Cincinnati and Dayton, which suggest "adult entertainment", but, based on my previous lame experience, I drive right on by. (Even in wide-open Georgia, I was VERY disappointed in interstate "adult clubs" with how little I got for so much...)

So--there is still inexpensive entertainment on the streets, but go with extreme caution, both with regards to LE and risks of SWs, their friends and their potential diseases. See many posts on this subject (how do you say it? "Read The Friendly Forum"? = RTFF...), including a monger's map.

Lotsa good local microbrewerys if you are willing to settle for a decent cold beer, followed by a cold shower.

Finally, long time posters wonder about virgin posters who only ask for information on the board... We hope to see future informative posts from you which might indicate that you valued that someone took the time to answer your post.

I found Beauty again and I'll talk about her later but first some other news I have to share.

1st there are some good working man's strip clubs in Dayton, Ohio. One good one in Lawrence Ind. I have not been to Deja Vu east of Cincy for over 7 years so I can't say about that place. If you live in Cincy you have to drive to another city like Dayton, Columbus, Indy and other major cities. It's too bad. At one time this was a great place for strip clubs during the hey days when Larry Flint ruled. Most of you guys never knew how wild and crazy the clubs were in the 70's and 80's.

Strip clubs in Ohio are under attack by the religious group based here in Cincinnati. They call themselves "Citizens for community Values" and they want all porn, Adult magazines, strips clubs and sexual thoughts out of Ohio and they're working to do the same in other states. A crazy group.

Now if you google "Citizens for Community Standards" this group is fighting the other group who want to legislate personal morality. You can read all about it at "Standard" web site.

Weekend night's in OTR is dead. Other areas are also dried up of SW's.
During saturday I was at Findlay Market doing the shopping thing and scouting around. I saw a new girl being hassled by a Bike-Cop. See Pic below. I wasn't sure if she was a SW or a regular Findlay Market shopper. Then about 45 min later I was driving down Vine and 15th street. She the same girl standing at the corner across the Kroger's store with a black dude. I think that says it all. Anyone meet this girl yet?

Below are a couple of pics of a SW I call "Bad Girl". See the pictures why I call her that. Anyone seen her lately? What happen to her. I don't think she has been arrested. She was a regular in OTR.

Now for Beauty. Found her Sunday morning on McMicken looking worn out and tired. I took her away and the second time with her was even better than the first. This girl is sweet and friendly.

She told me she got caught soliciting saturday morning in OTR. Her court date is monday 9/10/07. So I don't know if we'll see her for awhile. She was down about getting caught. Beauty is too nice and open to people and I can see her easily trusting people.

This made me mad when she told me about some black dude punched her in the chess. She kind of knew the guy and saw that he was hurt and so she asked him if he was all right. The asshole said to her "don't give me sympathy" and punched her in the chest. What an ASSHOLE.

Then she told me a pastor picked her up and drove to a park and read her scriptures from the bible and gave her .03 when he brought her back.

I told Beauty she needs to go back to family or friends for awhile and get away from OTR. She agreed and after we finished I drove her to a relative house. If you guys do see and pick her up be nice to her. She very sweet and deserves the best treatment. That's all I'm going to say about her for now.

Any news about the OTR situation or other areas?

Harpo you caught what we see everyday, but cannot always get a photo-proof of!

I guess she was not doing anything arrestable, so she was let go. So now she has to clear the area, and move on.

That same girl I thought I saw around midday going down elm near findlay, but she was wearing a red outfit with tight short pants, and kinda like some short heel shoes. She looked rather sexz, but I lost sight of her as she ducked into the parking lot next to the dry cleaners, near the closed martins bar. There was a sheriff who was arresting a guy at the corner near martins, and she looked like she did not want to go up that far.

Man was this WSW thick and shapely. I spotted her again on race, still in the parking lot area. Once I parked I walked to see if I could find her, but to no avail. It is sometimes hard to catch someone on foot, until they become stationary. Harpo they look like the same girl, but she changed clothes.

The girl who got punch in the chest was very lucky. She is new to the area, and most regulars know better. Some of these boyz have some serious mental problems, and little regard for anyone. We saw two WSW and one BSW get snacked around right down from the closed spot bar. I saw them while cruising, and while once stopping at the arab store near by. It was short quick and nasty. It looked like she owed them some back drug money. The one problem is the later that night she was sitting right back in the area next to where she got snacked/hit. It is a nasty circle!

The SW situation in otr/we and elsewhere, is truly dry!

If you know of any getting out of jail, or just got out, they are willing to do something at their place, but not walk the streets as yet. I passed (3) old regulars, but just waved at me, as I passed them, and once I pulled over they just said give me your number and I'll call you? They did about two hours later, and we did a fs dance, for 30. They said no pic until after there probation is up. I did get a few pics, but promised not to post them as yet.

They are aware of some site posting pics of the area girls. They have been told, but they don't know the name of the site as I have talked to them. A few are hot about it, but know they can't do anything about it. Most seem to have a 50-50 atittude about them as long as I don't show their face. So I don't. I do take a facial pic, but it is for my purposes only.

. I did go to another lock down strip party late Saturday night, and it was 4 strippers strong, but it was 100 for fs and one nut so we are talking about 100 for 15-30. If you longer than that she will start telling you to hurry up. It is only worth it because the girls are so young and sexz. It is more like all the alcohol and beer talking that makes you wiling to pay-per-view (ppv).

With the Bengals game tonight, this is the night to go cruising. They try to arrest as many as they can before such events. So the ones that know the deal, will be out, because most police want to get the ot for doing a game night detail. And the regular patrols will be closer to the stadium area, to protect the fans. So see you on the cruise path. Get yourself a few cold non alcoholic drinks and take a position at a spot where you can see the SW details, and do your cruising as needed. Be careful of the fags. They can at-a-glance, "fool you"? Know what to look for. !

Oh by the way. It has been suggested long ago about finding a new place to work their skills, but the product they use, is close at hand, and they will be just like any thing else. They stay close to their food source/ drug dealers. Rarely are you going to see a deal on fountain square, thus rare any SW's. They can easily blend in, but where can you park to get to your car quickly to leave the area, and score. Besides the time I was working downtown I got alot of phone numbers from "horny" women at lunch on the square who are very lonily for male companionship. Talk about geting it on the first date. Especially the bbw/heaviergirlz. They were good to go!

Not that they were easiler than other women, but they seemed to have already made up there minds, before hand what they want. And you didn't always have to be Prince Charming, just very respectful and discreet.

Lastly, harpo you do get the pics, and I don't see anyone coming close to date. Maybe once the le heat calms down, we can get the cam's out and play pic-catch-up?

G-MAN somebody has let the word out about the internet posting, and it is getting around quickly. VERY QUICKLY!

I have seen #5 of the SW I know show me there pictures, which some of their clients took, and three of them I saw posted going back over the last 6-7 months. Now these girlz did not mind it, and thought it was okay as long as there faces weren't shown? I think some of the Fella's are using the act of taking PIC's to get in closer to the SW for whatever reason it is.

I have tried to act like I did not know, and was ignorant of the fact, till I posted a few faceless P-Pics, and someone recognized the girl (s), and when back and told them, they saw them on the Net. At this site. You've Got to Be Shyttin Me! Then she looked it up, and printed a few copies. Needless to say she was HOT at me for a good while. How they figured her out I don't know, unless she opened her mouth and told she had PIC's taken.

I just saw the PIC's Sara, Melinda, and someone else I can't think of right now, they brought to me, asking me if their pic was on the net. I told them "How Would I Know, " but they knew I know a lot about the internet, and did not really believe me. Not That I Cared. But I did not want this Whole issue place on me, like I did it all.

So, I stopped POSTING, especially PICs. I did not stop taking pics, but just Stopped posting them. I honestly really don't give a Shyt what other folks do, but I Don't want to be Blamed for something I did not do or even have knowledge of. What I am trying to do is say "Fella's you need to come up with a better story, other than pleading ignorance, especially if they know you well enough to know you know about computers and the Net. I say ignorance is the Safe way to take, but someone has been telling the girls about this site, and a lot of their pictures being on the site. I'the like to think they are doing it and just don't know any better, but I really don't think that is the case. I think they just don't CARE. A they are just Hoes attitude!

To date, some of the SW are asking for 10-20-50 for PIC's. Hell No! Once they played that game with me, bacause they think people taking the PIC's are selling them and they want a cut up front. I still get my deals because they know me, and have done them favors when times for them are tight. Otherwise, everyone is NOT asking for MORE. Yet! Right you are about it getting around. A friend of mine picked up a WSW a couple weeks ago and during the post-LE check negotiations, they got into a discussion of the menu. She listed most of the standard items for him and then added "but no pictures". Now my friend has never done the pic thing so he thought it was odd that any SW would voluntarily bring it up as being either on or off the menu.

Something to consider, unfortunately, is that the someone who let it out may not be local. I mentioned the sh*t going on in the Indy board last month and that continues to go south - not only screwing up the board but making pickups a little harder for some of the mongers. I just read a post in Louisville where a newbie, boasting of his first pickup, proudly announced "took some pics and then I showed her this website." WTF??? There was a post somewhere else nearby (Cleveland maybe?) where the monger took some pics and she asked if he was going to put them up on the web. Someone local may be having the same converations (and maybe you have some specifics you'd be willing to share on that) but it could be that there's enough of it going around in other places that the local SWs are starting to get it through their grapevine (or their suppliers' grapevines).

I guess it was going to happen that the world's oldest profession would eventually become aware of one of the world's newest technologies. I'll bet we can't stop them hearing about it so the issue for us is how are we going to deal with it.

"10-20-50 for PIC's. Hell no!" is absolutely right. We can't let folks start thinking that pics are a menu item (like bbbj, fs, etc...). When I read some of the mega-pic posters' posts in other cities, it seems like there's always something in there about tossing a little more tip (0.02-0.03) for pics. That sounds like the right way to handle it but only if the pics are great and she's into it since tips are for service/attitude above and beyond. If a SW wants to negotiate pic prices like a menu item, it's probably best to tell them we'll see when its over what they're worth and then bury it in the tip.

Its all about the $$$ for them and they'll work every angle down to the penny to increase their take. And we're the ones with the $$$ so the way to keep the price of pics down (to nothing if possible) is to simply not pay it.

I did not want to start a forum war out there. I just wanted people to know that this cincy forum is changing, and the SW's of old who were ignorant of the net are getting wised-up, both directly and indirectly.

I would personally like to say congratulations. I think he has been a worth of information over the years, and I can take him at his word for almost everything he post. It is good when you have a member who does not inflame the board members or belittle anyones post. I wish we could post the straight up truth and facts like the days of old, and like other forums like la, mia, nyc, d. C. , and others. But this forum has to stay a guessing game, for now, and you have to read between the lines, if you can?

I am certain that the rest of the member here will continue to give good information to the forum, rather it is this one or other. I can see harpo has takin over the pix posting area. I can see him soon getting t-shirts with his user id on it, to have the SW's pose in it, like baldy cruiser in la. I was trolling the chatline Sat. night and came across Jenny. She said she was 24 with long brown hair and green eyes 5'5" 125. She sounded legit on the phone. At this point I think maybe it's a boyfriend or brother who's pissed. I said , "I'm leaving and try to get past him. He pushes me and says, "You'll do what you gotta do and give her the money" ! I said, "Get the F out of my way"! I push past him down the stairs and out the door. He did try to follow me down the stairs. He yells, "Get out of here or I'll call the cops on ya"! I guess it was a scam but they were pretty stupid not to get the money first. I have her number and address if it's real. I was pretty lucky I didn't get hurt or lose any money. They all want you to come to them on the chatline. None of them seem to drive or if they do the story is that they need money to fix their car.

I did meet a 21 yr old white thick girl today who was pretty cute for some fun thru the chatline. She was 5'4 140-150 with long brown hair and some nice puffies. She told me about her dude in jail, and on, and on. Cutting the story, he got out and got a hold of her address book/cell phone. He then called me, as he probably did everyone on her list. He had her call first to make certain I was home and willing. Then he called back and declared she was only #15 and I was having sex with a minor, and he knew where I lived and was going to turn me in to the cops, unless I paid him $500 bucks cash.

I told, then you must be so-and-so? She has told me a lot about you. I imagine you have to check in with your probation officer soon. I think he will be very interested to hear this conversation. You see all may phone calls are routed through my computer (you know back then when that was big), and I record every call to my hard drive. Now I ain't lookin for trouble, but I know if I go down, I am cetainly taking you with me. And blackmail is a federal crime, and you know that.

That dude must have shyt a brick, because he immediately hung up, but the speaker phone button had not been depressed, and he did not know I could still hear him. That boy was nervous a hell, and started yelling at her, and wanting her to go over to my place, and get the tape, as he thought, or show him where I lived, so he could talk to me about it. After he finished yelling, she picked up the phone I guess to call me, and was shocked I was still on the phone. Since he never hung up completely, I was still on the line, and she and I begian to talk. I told her as long as he never called my place again nor ever came close to comming over, and that she never tells him where I live. Then this matter is closed. I never heard from him again.

I did hear from her 2 month later. He was back in jail, probation violation, and this time she had a room out at the motel 6. I did tell a few close buddy where I was going to be at and to call me there every 20-25 minutes. If I don't answer, call the cops and give them the 411. It could have been a scam/rip-off. After I got there it was legit. Other SW were working out of there too. She finally got busted too, not for trickin, but for trying to smuggle drugs into the jail for her boyfriend. Someone set them both up from inside the jail. Stupid! Somebody got themselves out early!

So post her shyt! Let the cops have her!

Lastly. The younger girlz are always asking for a higher price due to rap videos. The rappers are always talking about paying 100 or more for a stripper freak, because it is strictly about businesssss. So young girlz know they can make 50 buck at the clubs right in the parking lot (and they do), in the back seat, on the hood, behind a post, or on the steps. I have had them do it for me at clubs too. You just have to know who does what. Give the doorman/bouncer a big tip, once he knows you are safe, and be prepared.

Be careful often the doorperson. Bouncer is straight up, and don't get involved in such things, and will ban you from the club, or assume you are le.

This Sarah was more on the cream diet than the butter diet, but in any case did not try to deprive me of any personal property.

One Sara is the Petite one and the other is the taller one. They both hang in the basic same area, and I am certain they know each other.

Gave a ride to a WSW named Julie yesterday afternoon. near Findlay and Race (don't worry, I wasn't dumb enough to actually stop and pick her up at that spot, unlike someone I watched a few cars ahead of me).

She had light hair, olive shaped eyes. Not heavy, but not skinny either. Service and attitude were both way above average. Well there are a couple of things to be said about LE and John Q non mongering Public seeing and pointing out the USASG.

First, bravo, now folks who weren't aware of it and wanted to monger know where to go for info.

Third, we need to be careful on the pictures we post. If you aren't sure the lady is working, don't post her photo here. If LE is going to use the photos to ID working girls, then more power to them. So let's not give them reason to harass innocent ladies just because we think they are working or because they looked good. But let's not start running scared and quit posting reports or photos. If we do that, then LE, like terrorists, have won through intimidation.

Cops "ho ho ho v.2" was on court TV the other night. For those of you that haven't seen it, they bust Chrissy in OTR. She used to be a real pretty girl with tats all down her arms and dark hair. She OD'ed shortly after the show aired.

Picked up Mandy yesterday afternoon across from a favorite old spot. Young WSW, completely coherent with a great attitude. And gentleman, we all know that attitude is everything. Went to my location, and during travel she was singing along with the radio mixed with pleasant light conversation. When we got settled, she was ready to proceed without even discussing the donation. When I inquired if she would catch, she answered "Of course, wouldn't want to make a mess" and gave me an impish grin.

Bottom line, the job was performed well and with enthusiasm. I gave her the standard 2 with a bonus for attitude and performance. She is still fresh enough to know she doesn't want to continue in this lifestyle, but it is where she is for the moment, so she makes the best of it. If you see her, don't do anything to crush that outlook.

Happened to do my cruise route through OTR around noon Sunday. Almost ZILCH. Only a very wornout Asian (Philippino?) woman looking a bit crazed--did not arose even the slightest interest.

Interestingly, I also saw no LE what so ever. (Bengal's pre game?)

Haved eased off the street mongering a bit lately. For a while my M******e, very much to my liking, had stable housing and digits. But she has moved on to places unknown. Any of you to whom I gave her digits previously--PM me if you have a line on her.

So... Does anyone have friends who have had luck in OTR? Maybe those friends will let you post information about where all the girls have gone! Or better yet--any recent luck they might have had.

LE was absent this weekend due to the Rich "ACE" Franklin UFC#77 match and then the next day the Bengals at home. That is a lot of paid details, and easy money for City and County Cops. You see all the cops at the Fight/MMA.

Man those boyz got paid easy money. And of course the Bengals game, plus all the street cops pulling duty before and after both events.

I took "FULL" advantage of it. I did go to the fight, but before and after the streets were LE FREE. Nothing much to find. I know where a few live, and hit those spots, and got lucky. Of course NO DIGITS, or Minutes, so why bother.

I LOVE Double Feature Events like that. You can catch the Parttimers easier, and you can pick up someone w/o hassle.

ANYWAY, I am still a big Rich Franklin Fan, but my money was on Anderson Silva. Good Fight Rich !

It is better to HUNT when the Game Wardens are too busy to hassle you.

And when you hunt during that time, try to stop at one of the local eatery's and observe. There are a few and see if some old friends walk by. Or take a walk/ride in the Park. Sometime, a few who are off drugs, but still need money come to the park to relax. Some bills still have to be paid, especially the RENT.

They will be back to normal, and the colder days are coming. Even fewer will be out, as it gets colder. And the Jail issue 27 ( Do VOTE for it), is keep them locked up, where there is suppose to be NO Room.

If you can learn to find out where they live, by giving them a ride home, rather than relying on digits. You can catch them at home more than you can with a cell phone. And very often you catch their friends too, at their place/home.
