What's so Different about Hawaii?
I've read through the Vegas threads, L. A. Threads, San Diego and also Hawaii ones.
Many posters says Hawaii is different, but really don't offer specifics as to why. Can anyone that knows please elaborate. Again, I've read the Hawaii threads and don't seem to see anything different that anywhere else.

At least from the few I've been to. It's also a lot harder for the recipient. They actually stretch the heck out of you. I'm always sore (but in a good way) afterwards. I think they're worth the extra twenty, but only when I'm not feeling lazy. When I'm lazy and just want to lay there, I go to the Chinese spots.
For the second question: The thai place on west sahara is a little timid the first couple of times I went there. After I became a semi-regular, then extras became available.
