My Two Cents on HT, Outcalls, and Sending Photos
HT is indeed a big problem but less probable for mongers. Most providers aren't under the thumb of HT.
The ones that are sort of obvious, but the law blankets prosti and HT to increase arrests and possible conviction rates. Nonetheless, a handler or pimp is usually bad news for customer and provider. Some of these guys are pure evil.
When it comes to outcalls; objectively, it's safer for the monger. You can control the environment and scope a situation more closely.
While I prefer incalls, I understand the risk. I'm going into an area I may or may not know. To negate my anxiety, I shop for providers that have a history of posting or has reviews. Anything that's TGTBT, I opt out. If it's a questionable neighborhood or hotel, I don't bother going.
If I had the budget for outcalls, I would do that. It's cheaper for the provider and safer for me. For now, I'll have to carefully gauge the provider.
I absolutely agree that you shouldn't send pics to any provider you haven't seen. Actually, I recommend that you don't send photos at all. If you need to verify, use a pseudonym email or alias on snapchat.
