Yeah, I know, I'm a patsy. I did mention I got FS for $200 last time, and she kind of laughed. I could have lied and said I didn't have that much with me I guess and gotten it down some.

Also checked out the Smile AMP up in NC. You take US17 over the border, and go past mile-marker 4. There's a sign, but the place is easy to miss. The parking lot is very tiny, and fenced: If you bring an SUV, expect to have some trouble getting it out of there.

The door fee is $80. They have a nice sauna if you're into that, and a real table shower facility. One odd thing is that the mama-san will give you the table shower, not your massage lady. My lady was pretty, and wearing a tube top and daisy-dukes, a bit hotter than a legit masseuse, but nothing over the line. She gave a good massage, good enough that you would expect to pay $80, then turned me over. After we did the little 'what do you want/what do you offer' dance she indicated that HJ was available for a tip, but did not ask for it up front, or name an amount. She took down her top and let me play with her (very nice and real) tits while she did the deed. NORTH MYRTLE BEACH - A wooden box on the front porch contained the only tanning bed at a North Myrtle Beach salon that had its business license revoked by City Council members Thursday for operating as a house of prostitution, officials said.

Officer Jerry Miller testified during a special City Council session that he didn't see a single tanning bed during an undercover visit Oct. 20 at VIP Tann Spa, which was licensed as a tanning salon.

Miller said he was led to a back room by a female employee. Once inside, Miller said there was a makeshift bed, condoms, lubricants and linens. There were six similar rooms at the establishment, Miller said.

Employees Chun Young Lee, 44, from California; Eun Ju Kwak, 34; and Jong Soon Back, 43, both of Queens, N.Y.; were arrested and charged with prostitution, according to police reports. Customers Kevin Watson, 37, of Myrtle Beach, and Ohio resident Peter Constantino, 34, also face prostitution-related charges, according to reports.

North Myrtle Beach detectives also confiscated evidence, including business receipts and credit card statements, as well as cash, before shuttering the business.

Bruce Young, who oversees the issuance of business licenses in North Myrtle Beach, said he sent a certified letter to Eric Han, who is listed as the owner of the business, to notify him of the shutdown and Thursday's hearing.

Young said he also phoned Han in Atlanta, where Han lives.

City Attorney Chris Noury said that Han, who was a no-show at Thursday's meeting, does not face any criminal charges but that "his ability to do business has been terminated."

He said the city will continue to crack down on any illegal business operations.

"The city is not going to tolerate any unlawful activity, prostitution or otherwise," Noury said.

I suspect Rainbow and Lady J's are both in the same North Myrtle urisdiction (Unless LJs is actually inside the Atlantic Beach boundries), but Gym Omni, Smile & The Sunless Store are not, so they should not be directly affected.

Have that feeling the "establishments" in town are going to get hit harder in the near future. Lots of pressure out there.

Yes, Lady J is in the city limits of Atlantic Beach, outside the jurisdiction of NMB. When the old Emerald Bay Spa (also in AB) was busted, this was done by INS agents and not city police. Rainbow is, I believe, in the county as are the places at the Back Gate.

I saw in todays newspaper where the previous mayor of MBeach for the past 8 years was defeated in an election. I don't know whether this is good or bad for our hobby. The mayor-elect could be a bible thumper, or perhaps more liberal, I guess time will tell.

On another note, last Tuesday I was leaving the Masters club around 10 pm when I got into a conversation with two beautiful young things in the parking lot. They had been working inside trying to sell jello shots (tooters) but not making any money. They told me that they were leaving for greener pastures but would accompany me back to my hotel for a mere $ 600 ! I laughed that off, but offered half of it just to see what the answer might be. The price dropped to $400 and I declined that too, but was given a cell number by one of them and invited to follow them to the Penthouse club to negotiate further. When I got there 10 minutes later, they had already left and so I called and was instructed to go to Fantails. I went there and they were nowhere to be found, so I went on my way. The next day I got a call on my cell phone (since they had the number from caller ID) and was invited to meet them that night for another attempt at making a deal. I declined, since I already had a date lined up. I told them that I didn't appreciate being led around and they apologized saying that they had gotten too drunk, etc. and would do better next time. I still have their number, but I will be very careful about making dates with these flakes. They were Masters club quality, but still, you never know what goes through their minds and what their game might really be.

Decided to check out Horseplay the other night. The place was fairly empty, with not many girls working, but I decided to have a beer and give it a few minutes. When I was abput ready to go, one of the girls picked me out, and she wasn't bad looking, not Derierre's quality, but not bad, so I took her up on a couch dance (now $30). I recently had my little trip about MB looking for new "opportunities" and after a couple days of wasting gas and my time, I picked up a WSW near 27th North. She was ok in the face, but had a killer bod. Got a BBBJCIM for $30. A little more than i ususally pay, but she had some none saggy C cups so it was worth it. I have been tempted to check out fantails. Any suggestions there?

I finally was able to check out the beach again. Unfortunately it was at Thanksgiving, but I have to count my blessings. I did meet some new lovelies, although not all of them play.

I went by the Horse Corral the other night to see an old friend and she was bithching because she wasn't making any money for nice dances because some of the other girls were taking away all of the customers because they were willing to give "extras" in the VIP. Just a shout out to those of you who would like to try your luck.

Found myself down on the south end over the weekend and noticed an above average quality blonde sw. Got unmistakable eye contact, gave her a nod and pulled over discretely in parking lot less than half block away. Lost sight of her being beside a large SUV. After about 30 seconds and no approach, I pulled back out and she was nowhere in sight. Oh well, must have been scooped by another more aggressive monger.

About an hour later, I spotted her again in the same vicinity. Again made really good eye contact (she gave me a "hey baby") and pulled around the corner and waited. Again, no approach and when I pulled back out she is gone. Both times she was walking with a taller, skinnier friend, but not near her looks and body. Both times, her friend disappeared as well. I understand that, given the lack of supply lately, some are more apt to pull right over and scoop them up but I will not compromise my discretion, no matter how blue my nuts are. Just seemed a little weird to me. Didn't appear to be a sting.

Whats going on with you other mnongers? Is anybody getting any in MB, or are you all out Christmas shopping?

Was thinking about making a run up north of the border to Smile spa. Decided to call first just to make sure they were still open. Got no answer from phone number from newspaper ad (2 or 3 times during mid-late afternoon) and again no answer yesterday. Looks like they may be gone. Maybe a business decision rather than a forcible closing. Mamasan said during last visit that business had been slow. Or maybe they're just on Christmas vacation.

In the paper today. Part that gets me is how they even say they hardly get any complaints at all!!!!


County retargets adult businessesExpensive license system proposedBy Travis TrittenThe Sun NewsHorry County may take another shot at clamping down on adult-oriented businesses along thoroughfares such as U.S. 17 and 501, this time with a costly new business license system.
Nearly all county crackdown efforts over the past two decades have failed or remain tangled up in court, including police raids of several strip clubs last year after dancers were accused of illegally showing breasts.
The business license proposal is the most expensive but most effective enforcement option, county staff told the County Council's Infrastructure and Regulation Committee this month, and a full proposal is expected to come before that committee in February.

When it comes to strip clubs and pornography shops, Horry County's regulations just don't have the teeth to satisfy some council members, and that frustration has grown after years of fruitless court battles.
Council Chairwoman Liz Gilland and Councilman Howard Barnard are hoping that the costly license program will gain some traction in coming months.
The central problem of county enforcement is that by legal definition, there are no adult businesses in Horry County. Dancers at strip clubs are usually careful to cover breasts and porn shops balance merchandise, allowing the businesses to avoid falling into the adult category, which would mean more stringent regulation.

"They are conducting adult entertainment by anybody's standards," said Barnard, a staunch critic who has spearheaded an effort over the past year to rein in adult-oriented businesses.

Barnard said he will support a business license system that could give the county more regulatory power but, for now, existing rules are inadequate.
"If you go back and write a sexually oriented business license ordinance, it is not going to effect anybody because [by legal definition] we don't have any of those businesses in Horry County," he said.

The business license would require adult-oriented shops and clubs to pay the county a fee and submit to new rules, giving the county the option of pulling licenses of businesses that don't comply with its standards.
"You can demand that they have everything in sight of store personnel, meaning no more of those clandestine, scumbag back rooms," Gilland said.
County Planning Director Janet Carter said the license system could close V.I.P. strip club rooms where patrons get private dances but would require more police, inspectors and county time to enforce.

The county considered the license option a few years ago, she said, but decided it was too expensive.
"Truly, we do not receive very many complaints about adult entertainment. Occasionally we will get a citizen's complaint but not very often," Carter said.
Since 1987, various county attempts at reining in adult-oriented businesses have failed, Carter said.
"The vast majority of them just changed the way they did business," she said. "They challenged about everything we had."
In a typical scenario, the county will clamp down on the video shops by closely watching their merchandise - if porn shops have more than 50 percent adult merchandise they can be categorized as an adult business. Many strip clubs and porn shops are close enough to residential areas that they could not be operated as adult businesses under existing law.
The county has spent years in court fighting appeals from shop owners and eventually won, only to have porn shops just add more non-adult merchandise to its shelves.

Carter said the county just went through that scenario with Excitement Video Inc. on U.S. 501 and Seaboard Avenue.
"We did four years of litigation, and the result is [the owner said] 'We'll change. We put in more stock that is not adult,'" Carter said.
Zoning Director Roland Meyers said most of the businesses only come under the adult definition by accidentally having too much adult merchandise.
Horry County's most recent attempt to crackdown on strip clubs by using police raids to enforce zoning was dismissed by a county magistrate earlier this year and is now on appeal.
Robert V. Phillips, the Rock Hill attorney representing Thee Dollhouse, requested the 15th Circuit Court of Common Pleas dismiss the case against four dancers and the club manager.

Police raided the club in 2004 after allegations that the dancers exposed their breasts to undercover agents.
Phillips said the employees should never have been arrested by the police for a zoning violation, which typically requires the county to send a letter to the property owner and allows a non-criminal appeal process.
"We kept saying this is not criminal, this is civil," he said.
A decision on whether to dismiss the case could be made in January or February. If it is not dismissed, the case could be drawn out for years, according to County Attorney John Weaver.

Meanwhile, a draft business license proposal will be ready for council committee hearings in February and could move on to a County Council vote as early as the end of that month.
"We are not telling [staff] what the answer is. Staff is going to bring the answer to us," Barnard said. "I want it to be unbiased staff input on what we need to do to fix this."
