It was raining alittle bit so it was expected. Finally I drove down RI ave and found a BSW standing at the bus stop. Maybe a 5 out of 10 but I needed th relief. Her name was CeeCee? Great morning BBBJ before work. $40. Anyone know CeeCee. She looks like a regular.

Decided to cruise downtown this morning, arrived around 5am a few BSW out then a WSW who has been discussed on here before was out skinny blonde had her dyed blue for a while advertised on BP. For a brief time an unmarked leo car was stopping getting out and talking to the girls who were out. He disappeared and then I noticed a WSW long blonde hair kinda chunky but not really average height she was walking around but for some reason could not get her to talk to me. Anyway the one BSW who hangs out on 12th and m was there still not sure about her. Most girls left around 6ish no courtney or star sightings. Leo was no exsistant. Maybe I will head back down sat am really curious about the blonde with the long hair.

The time seems to be around 5:00 to 6:30 and sometimes 7:00 but very rarely. I remember not too long ago it started as early as 10:00 pm and went pretty much all night. In comparison, yeah, pretty dead out there and I guess the venue for SWs has changed to other towns or online or something. I have no idea where they all went.

There was little action out last weekend (I didn't get out this weekend). I picked up this skinny WSW that I have seen a few times. She told me her name but since I am late posting this report I forgot it. She provided an ample CBJ. Not too great looking, but hey I needed to get taken care of and get where I needed to go. At least she is legit and tried to be friendly.

She mentioned she SW on Rhode island ave and sometimes BP ads.

She is nice looking. Not sure if she's white or latina though.

Made the circuit and while there is action out there, the talent pool is pretty poor. Started off at 3:00 a. M. And obviously nothing down on the loop so went up New York Ave. Two BSWs by the Budget Inn and three BSWs at the Shell on the corner by the McDonalds. Thought I would check out the hotels themselves and the Budget Inn had a huge BSW who was getting into a car in the parking lot, so might be worth pulling in and checking things out. One thin BSW at the Shell, didn't' get a good look but from a distance looked good. Was with management, who looked like a clown with his purple suit and hat with a big feather in it. If it were Halloween would have been perfect.

Went up Rhode Island to some old haunts of days gone by-nothing. LEO was parked at the Hess hanging out with blue lights on up top.

Checked out the full length of K Street, and part of it (the tranny section of k) was all blocked off for some reason. There were a ton of LEO out and about, but they were concerned with something else. Parked on every other block of Constitution, too, so don't know what I was missing.

Back to the loop, nothing out until 5:15 when a very tall BSW made an appearance in short shorts and black top and a chubby WSWs with a real butter face and bad white hair that looked like a bad wig shoulder length. Didn't want to partake with butter face and BSW was way too 'big'. Just big boned like a Nebraska cornhusker-which is a funny analogy. No LEO to speak of, one made a pass, but nobody was out when she drove by.

Up 12th street was some action, butt ugly WSW that if you covered her head with a bag would have been doable. A tall BSW took up residence up on 12th past Mass, too. Seen her before, others would recognize her. Three other BSWs appeared briefly, but all were gone by sixish, so as usual, pretty much dead.

Probably my last trip down to the loop and report until things change.

Thanks for the Report. I've been curious about the happenings in DC. It's been awhile, but I've seen SW on K around 14-15th. Just too much of a PITA to even attempt a pickup.

I hit the loop around 6am on Sat morning. There was LEO parked on 12th and another rolling slow on L. Decided not to stick around. Maybe they were changing it up from the bike cops I kept seeing last year.

I didn't have time to write the report up but I was out last Saturday early morning. Anyway, I hit the loop around 4:30ish or so maybe a little later. I saw a measly two or three BSW out there after a few loops, and nothing to write home about. I also of course checked some of the side streets. LE nearby of course on bikes / segways and in units. I actually used to avoid the loop in the past as things were getting hot before I left the city, but what can you do? I didn't feel like sliding over to New York or West Virginia so I decided to call it a night. Anyway, I decided to cruise through Rhode Island avenue after changing my mind. It was early AM on Saturday and I am just returning to D. C. After many years away. I have read some of the post here and what areas should be avoided and how bad the city has gotten but I decided to try one of the areas I used to cruise through sometimes long ago. I am sure that many of you are familiar with the 7 eleven and the Motel in that vicinity. I decide to cruise through that area and LE is definitely out there on Rhode island. (Be careful out there). I happened to see a kind of tall BSW walking along out there sort of near the motel. She was a lone walker and I had to make a U-turn to get near her and get a closer look. Good thing I didn't pull right up as LE was cruising right beside me. No problem, since I didn't pull up on her or crash while staring her down no trouble with LE. I passed and made a U again at the 7 eleven and pulled on over. Spoke for a bit and she asked to do the "test" for those of you who know what that is. Once tested we negotiated the price and it was off to the Motel nearby. On the ride to the motel she kept pressing me about making a phone call (Hell no was the answer I don't have a cell, as if I would let her make a call on my cell) We stopped at the spot that has the sink in each room. (No restrooms just a sink) A real shithole of a place but hey its just a fuck spot anyway not a doubletree. Gave me a CBJ and she actually had a fat ass nice and soft just like I like it. (Of course I had to turn her around and hit it from the back.) didn't get her number as I never used to in the past. Back then it was a dime a dozen and they were everywhere. I guess I have to change up some of my habits and start getting the digits. (Need to start carrying my camera around from now on. Planning on putting up photos in the future)

The WSW who used to have blue hair was out also and I cannot say I am surprised to see her out but Christina White from BP is now a SW also. I figured she would get a pimp at somepoint when I saw her at a hotel she was very green to the game. There was a few leo out but not heavy and no bike boys.

Been monitoring the forum for a bit now and have finally gotten around to making a report. Been mongering for a minute (mostly overseas) but wanting to check out the scene here in DC while here. Hit NY for a little early morning fun around 6am and was surprised to see 3 BSWs and 1 LSW hanging out in front of a motel and walking down the road to a nearby gas station. Never been the SW type myself and thought it would be fun to give it a try. After multiple rounds, got the attention of the one I was interested in (Sin was her name) , pulled up and she took me to a private spot across the street (another hotel parking lot). Good thing I had tint. Have to say I'm not a fan of the SW, still prefer a room due to it seeming like she was basically in a rush, but overall not bad for $40 CBJ.

Crazy thing is, I saw plenty of LEOs driving down the road. Just didn't seem like they were paying them any mind. Is that normal?

The only time that you are going to get harassed by the police is if (1) you draw attention to yourself by doing something stupid (e. G, making a U-turn in the middle of traffic; holding up traffic to talk to a SW; or picking up a SW at the wrong time of the day in the wrong location) ; (2) there is a sting / operation going on to target SW or hobbyists; (3) there happens to be an overzealous cop out; (4) there have been recent complaints / attention to the SWs in the area; or (5) your car is making some familiar moves w / foggy windows in a very conspicuous place.

Most LEO that are not specifically assigned to a prostitution detail or instructed to keep an extra eye on prostitution during his or her shift is not going to waste time on prostitution because the result is a citation, and the hassle to the officer (going to court, taking the time to do the paperwork, etc) is not worth it. However, most LEOs are big on respect, and you will get burned if you do something that shows that you have no respect for the LEOs authority, the LEOs presence, or the law in general. In other words, if you are not stupid, you will not have any problems.

However, it has been some years since I engaged in street activities in DC, so I am not the best person to give advice.
