Luckily, I have worked hard all my life and this is the only enjoyment for me at my age. I have been very lucky with real estate for most of my adult life and I feel like giving something back to the less fortunate and help out the economy at the same time. LOL. Most of the providers are here because of some misfortune. Not all but most of them. That's why I don't see the rip off ones / just for the money kind of providers because it's easy money to them. That kind of providers I just go there to fuk them and get a release.

I like providers such as the likes of Donna. They are. Sincere. Hard to explain. LOL

I use to entertain Japanese client at least twice a month. The money we use to spend at Bodaiju and Aoyama was more than that.

I bought and started renting out a couple of upscale condos just for real good business clients to stay while here. Indies, a bunch of the braddahs from Japan loved Nani with her exotic look / kind of local / latino / tight kino cause she worked out and legs forever. Why when I went to their cities for business, they really took care of me also. So miss back in the day!

It is more of a business thing with the providers to get me to call them personally to set up an appointment to see them so they can get my business and my money.
