She appears to be on drugs and asks for a deposit which is a huge red flag for me. It seems like way more trouble than it's worth. Thanks for the advice!

Madison hts has a dedicated vice team and are more rigid with their rules and enforcement. I know this because I have had non criminal dealings with them.
