This is could be an amateur that's broke and unlicensed and is doing body rubs instead of massage to earn money but won't give extras.

This shows to be near 29th and Sheridan, there's a residential area across from TY Park that I've found a massage lady living there once.

But most likely this ad is totally bogus.

Regarding the web page point you brought up, it's actually a craigslist post, here is the original post:

I typically will screenshot craigslist posts because as you probably know, they get flagged and it sucks when they take the posts down, so a screenshot will last longer.

Went down to Fort Lauderdale this weekend. Decided to check out Vogue. Got there Friday and looked busy but it's probably their cars parked in the lot.
