If you don't get ANY replies to your ad, it probably got ghosted somehow, as you will invariably get spam email if it gets listed at all.

Somewhat unrelated, if you use a smart phone (mine is Android so can only speak to that) it is easy to use Google Voice as a second phone number, for free, right on your phone. You can even set it up so it prompts you which number you want to dial from when you make a call, your actual number or the GVoice one. As for ad flagging, yeah, it's bad. You have to use very innocuous terms while trying to get your gist across. It's definitely been more difficult, but still possible.
