Truth is, I like MILFs & GMILFs, so BBFS at $100 usually gets the happy face. I have gotten sincere thanks in SGV for $80 for BBFS, but the hour on the freeway is worth more than the $20 savings.

Having said all that, if you had an extraordinary session, feel free to do more than $100. Just remember, you're setting a level and if you're developing an ATF, she's going to always anticipate that larger amount.
