The E site has very little to show in VA except around the beltway. I believe they are based in TX and have a huge following there. The four one one site I have used extensively. I can't say whether it would work for you or not. I have never been stiffed or even made to wait when dealing with their providers. YMMV. I'm not a fan of the area where she lives. Sometimes doesn't keep commitments which bothers me. Last time I was in the area cops were all over on foot and in cars. Kind of scary for a white guy.
