Back in 2005 I was there celebrating my divorce and decided what did I have to lose if I took a card and called. Got an attractive lady to my room, at that time it was $100 show up fee. Once she collected that, it was time for her to start negotiating and I was not prepared even partly for the numbers she threw at me, $2000 for sex, $1000 for a BJ and $500 for a hand job. I just told her to forget it, agency had told me on the phone if I was not happy I did not pay and I would gladly take my $100 back. She said I was confused, the $100 was a non-refundable show up fee and I had to give her at least another $100 for her time. I told her I was not giving her nothing more if I was not getting anything more. We settled for $150 for a 10 minute hand job and lap dance. That was my first time ever partaking in any activity I was paying for and I swore I would never do it again in Vegas.
For giggles I called one of the cards last trip and the rates for a show up were much higher, I just laughed and hung up.

I guess I got lucky since when we were done she gave me her cell number so in he future she could bypass the agency. She became my regular go to girl. She was honest with me and told me she usually just takes the show up fee and leaves. She said she was extremely attracted to me. We went at it all night all over my hotel room. She refused the donation at the end of the night! I couldn't believe it. Unfortunately I didn't get her number. The bad part is that when I finally moved here I was anticipating a lot more of that treatment hahahaha. Oh well, this city is still pretty damn good for mongering.

Navmal.[/QUOTE]As others have said, the "card" escorts are all scams. If you want to go with an agency, 100 Proof of Las Vegas is legit, as is Hobbyshop. Both will require personal information. That said, you'll pay the stated rate without haggling, and you won't get ripped off.

I knew a girl who worked for an agency in Los Angeles and the most they got was a $25 cancellation fee, and that was for the driver because he still did the job of delivering the girl so why should he get screwed?
$100 for a girl to show up at your door and treat you like shit? You can get a pretty good looking girl to come clean your kitchen and bathroom and suck you off for $100. I was visiting Vegas one year (Tyson was fighting at MGM, so it was mid-late 90's, maybe 99) and my friends and I decided to call one of the numbers off the cards we got from the snappers on the sttrip, and so this tall blonde girl shows up to our room, we pay her the $100 to get naked (that's what the card said) and then the convo went something like this:
"Well what do you gentlemen want?

"Well, on a night like tonight, with a fight over at the MGM, I can get $1200 for an hour. That is $1200 from each of you".
