Drink but do not smoke. My T levels are at normal levels and really do not have any performance issues other than. "dam this sucks, let me get this over fast". I tend to go 45 min of the hour or almost run out of time in 30 min. I tend to be thicker then most (if what they say is true) so I need to take my time. All depends on the partner though. I can and have recently "popped" 3-4 times in the same amount of hours and at times can go for the second pop without a break. That being said. Diet, exercise. I lift and do minimum cardio.
