He recently switched mobile providers from T-Mobile to Metro and was able to create a new account on SA. Maybe a burner phone in addition to the prepaid debit cards will work. As a disclaimer, I make no guarantees that this will work for you. Just reporting what I know worked for someone else. Best of luck to you.

1, your IP address (where you are using the internet in house to be online or by your phone to be online).
2, your hardware DNA meaning which hardware device you use to register or to login.
In order to re-register, you need to change your internet service provider, your phone device provider, and you also need to use a new hardware device, a new computer or a new phone.
On top of that, after you re-registered, you can't use your old hardware devices again, if you use your old hardware again, they will detect you again, they could ban you again depending on how tough the SA site will enforce their rules.
What are you guys getting banned for?
