NMJ.[/QUOTE]My guess would be they just weren't prepared for the onslaught of new traffic generated by FOSTA / SESTA closures. Probably seeing 3 or 4 times the usual traffic and it's hard to ramp up for that kind of thing quickly. It's also occurred to me they be under some kind of attack, DDOS or otherwise, possibly governmental in origin.

Those guys wrote the code for internet scams, literally. Wherever it got it, a bot swept up your number & passed it along. Certain people might like us to think that's not really a thing but, of course, it really is.
The site was down for over a month and that is plenty of time to lose providers.
Rest in Peace to the little red-headed angel Macy. She is in a better place.
The saddest picture I found was an up close picture where it was a blue gloved nurses hand holding her pale white fingers in her last moments.
Brought a tear to my eye.
I had originally done the FB thing for research and mongering and instead got hit with an inside view into shattered lives, orphaned children, and distraught families that contrasts to my middle class cocoon of normalcy.
Makes me double think WTF am I contributing to this and is it time to retire.

When you give a girl money, it's HER choice what she'll do with it. She could use it for food for herself or kids, housing, a car payment, etc. If she doesn't want to get clean, she won't. Addiction is a terrible thing be it, food, cigarettes, drugs, or even sex, (although I'd argue that point). If any girl you'be been seeing OD's it's tragic, but if you didn't shoot her up it's not your fault. I've read your posts, and I think you're a good guy. If you need to take a break, that's good but don't beat yourself up over the actions of someone else.

I have been feeling the same things about Macy's passing. I know it isn't my fault but I'm still a bit twisted up inside. I had not seen her in awhile. I had heard the troubling chatter about her declining health. Then we come back from hiatus & she is gone. I grieve for her. She was sweet. I know I played no part in whatever issues led to her initial availability. And I was good to her. Will never forget that she liked Pepsi & Blow Pops. But I wouldn't even know who she was if not for playing a tiny role in her personal tragedy. And I genuinely liked her.
I've done more than my share of walking on the wild side. Seen some good if very imperfect people fall along the way & my moral calluses have gotten pretty thick. But I guess not too thick. I'm really sad about Macy.
