You just have to wait for them to walk away and get away from the bus stop. They are or all mostly have been in the game so they know the look and the signals. Friday: Last week I was out mongering near Hills and Neb. When I saw a mature black SW walking up Neb. I circled around to make the scoop and saw two TPD cars watching from a far corner.
