Then that is what you get, no tips expected and the girls say nothing about tips, to ruin the mood. If during the session 'ol Willy decides he wants FS then that is allowed but with more money of course. And if you are the type that can't make rational decisions about a reasonable amount, those girls know they can get a lot more out of you in your clouded got to-have-that-ass mentality than is fair. They don't have the table showers or any kind of massage though, if that's what you're looking for.

On another note, all the massage place in Wilmington seem to work together on their plan of action. They sit you on a towel.

Sounds like there needs to be an Occupy AMP movement to make them lower their tips expectations. Hard to say what the "norm" is simnce you gave no details as to the service, but for normal HE (usually with a little roaming) the "norm" is 40 anything after than can vary depending on the service and the girl, but personally for 100 tip I would have expected FS or at least a good BBBJ. I've been paying and tipping about the same for 5 years because the service has been pretty much the same. Sometimes I don't mind an upsell if I start it.

I have been going to rainbow for a long time mainly because they never asked for a tip and always got a great massage and good HE Monica was always great and had Sunshine a couple times when Monica was not around had great service from both and the standard 40 to 50 tip seemed to make them happy. Been hearing sunshine would do full service for 100 but never got that from Monica she never seemed interested in more than standard HE. Hurd rumor she would but it could cost $$$ not interested at that price. Saw some reports that look like now that they are busy they would no longer be happy with standard tip. Have not been in 30 days or so is that the case? If so will be waiting on slow times to bring service back in line.
