Ho Beau makes some good points. I ALWAYS treat them with the same amount of respect that I would anyone else. I make sure that I am clean and presentable (which I expect in return), discuss what my expectations are and what their rules / limitations are. Communication is a wonderful thing! I've never had a problem getting a repeat performance and have even had a few contact me after a disappointing dream, hoping to make up for it.
