The area is mixed-use and the residential units there are very expensive. This one in particular is very expensive ( $1mm), and owned by an entity. I've been told that the owner may have a role in some things, but the person who told me may not really know who the owner is.

All of this is to say: for those that fear (perhaps excessively) for safety, tread very carefully.
