Thanks for the review; I literaly live about 2 miles down the street from there. I must say I find it odd that they have no procured signage yet. Almost feels like a LE op, but it is true they have been posting for several months now. I'm reasonably sure they are under the same ownership as the place at 99th and Grand because the ad formats are nearly identical. Looking forward to new posts on this place.
