Go to one of her open houses first. You can sense if their is a vibe between you two. Check the way she is dressed. Short skirt, low cut top, fake boobs are all good signs. Being over a 40 is a must. Like going to a LMT. Learn a few things about her. Give her sincere compliments. Let her talk. When you shake her hand, hold on to it for a few seconds, look her in the eye. This one takes time but pays big dividends. I go through the divorce filings and look for women 30-55. I prefer caucasion sounding names. Addresses in the burbs. Then do an Itellus check on them. Find out where they have lived in the past. Read the files, maybe know where they work. Then run them through Facebook. Look at relationship status. If it says single, etc. good sign. Check out their pic to see if they are do-able. No pic, move on to the next one. There are hundreds to pick from. Get 5-10 lined up so you don't have all your eggs in one basket. The more info you have on them, the more ice-breakers you have for conversation. Just having their address, you can ask about a store or restaurant in their neighborhood.

Send them a message and get a conversation started. If I know their court date, I like to go down and sit in and watch the hearings. Then I can do the direct approach. Get them talking. Let them get it all out. Be a good listener. Then when they are all tired of talking, you listened, show you care, they are vulnerable and open to suggestion. Many are glad a man is paying attention to them and listening.

With all the respect, it is TOO time consuming. Just a simple math: if you earn $40/hour, and have to spend 2 hours in a court room, and even more time to get there and talk her into something, well ... it comes down to $300 per 30+ old pussy. You also have to listen to all the BS, see her mood swings, etc.
