Could you tell us the brand name that you use? Thanks.
I've been using Irwin Natural concentrated Mac Root and ashwagandha off and on for the last two months and its been great. I mainly useGNC Maca Root 525 MG suppliments taken with a multi-vitamin. It has given me a hell of a boost to be honest. The first brand you can find at any major CVS or Walgreens. Good luck!

But I'm going to grab the Irwin natural too to compare.
I love the guys who say. " I would never do this, I would never do that. I don't need to do that".
So first of all. We are mostly talking over the counter stuff. No harm, no foul.
Secondly- even pharmaceuticals have their place.
Thirdly. You can take them to enhance your experience- like a party drug and it's not that every one NEEDS them. Some do of course.
Fourth- you won't be young forever, you might as well educate yourself just in case you lose your fastball.
How do you take them? One capsule once a day?
For the GNC maca supplements, I take two a day with a multivitamin w / food. For the CVS brand, I tend to take 3-4 also with a multivitamin w / food. Taking it for a week, I've noticed a boost in my libido. While some may say this is some witch doctor type shit, I think otherwise. My orgasms have been great. Of course, use only as directed.

Maca
Thank you.
Inspired by the posts to try Irwin Natural Concentrated Maca Root and Ashwagandha, 75 Liquid Soft-Gels which also have other ingredients like beet and ginger. But I'm temporarily on Apixaban and now it seems Maybe I can't use this. If anyone is on a blood thinner definitely consult your dr before supplementing with some of this sort of thing.

Covid checks
Has anyone out there been asked to do a covid check, like taking temperature or have you been tested? Or has anyone asked that of a provider? I'm venturing out for the first time since, and I wonder what's going on out there.
OM.
Not so fast. There ARE chemically active agents in these roots and such. And the products often are not well produced; amounts of the active ingredients can vary widely. Some of these can do you harm in and of themselves esp. If you take too much, and some can interact with other drugs you take.
Over-the-counter stuff especially these 'herbals' are not always no harm / no foul products.

Fair point
Definitely a sound point.
Also everyone is different. I'm sure a million people can buy maca root for example and be fine and one person just keel over from an allergy or such.
I'm pretty in tune with diet and supplementation- so I guess I am only speaking for myself. Would feel terrible if someone went out and tried something and had issues.
If you are a healthy individual who is not on meds. And you follow the serving size and you purchase from a reputable company you should be ok.
Although like you said, there is no quality control FDA screening before they are released. Mixing and matching herbs without research, probably not the best idea.
So don't listen to morons on a web site. Especially not THIS web site! Haha.
Thanks for pointing that out-.

Not a good combo. I took it once with no issues, I took it a second time and thought I was going to die, with a raging boner.
