I have watched some of Dr. Rachael Ross YouTube videos. She is entertaining, easy on the eyes and seems to know what she is taking about. She talks about what foods a man can eat instead of taking the blue pill, ect. Some of they are pineapple, blueberries, watermelon, pomegranate and kale. She has an erection smootie drink.
It was cute, she showed how to make the smoothie, then took a drink. Her left arm was at her side, when drinking it and then bend her arm at the elbow so her forearm was straight up. Nice visual.
She also mention a pelvis exercise to do.
Wondering if anyone tried some of her ideas. Think it is worth a look and try to help us guys out. I am trying it.

What a crummy nasty day. Think we're going to go see what's happening at CVE tonight. There are so few interesting couples that frequent the place but you never know. Worst case, we'll try to make some fun happen in the main theater and / or a private room in the main theater.
