This lady looks like she was at a racket club in G-Town or something. Not sure who she is, she's older and looks like she's been picked up before for it judging by her bail.

I will say this. Some of the one's arrested look like they have been beat with one hell of an ugly stick on a repeated basis. Any one you guys getting your willie anywhere near them deserve it when the dang thing falls off.

On a side note, the sheriffs site is no longer limiting you to 3 lookups or making you put the dang authorization codes in.

I believe the law applies to within 100 feet of a church or one-and-a-half-miles from a school.

To put this in perspective, an SW picked up at Lamar & Democrat would be 1.49 miles away from American Way Middle School. Therefore, she could be charged with prostitution near a church/school.

Here's the actual law from the Tennessee Code Annotated. CK is dead on:

39-13-514. Patronizing prostitution. —


(a) A person commits an offense under this section who engages in prostitution.

(b) (1) Prostitution is a Class B misdemeanor.

(2) Prostitution committed within one hundred feet (100¢) of a church or within one and one-half (1½) miles of a school, such distance being that established by § 49-6-2101, for state-funded school transportation, is a Class A misdemeanor.

(3) A person convicted of prostitution within one and one-half (1½) miles of a school shall, in addition to any other authorized punishment, be sentenced to at least seven (7) days of incarceration and be fined at least one thousand dollars ($1,000).

(c) As used in subsection (b), “school” means all public and private schools that conduct classes in any grade from kindergarten through grade twelve (K-12).

SL[/QUOTE]I've been doing some posting for London since she's been back in a hotel and other than phone realationship don't really no her but very nice over the phone I will admit last time and only time I've seen her over on airways she was way to thin and looked like she could stand some rest but I've been there myself. I think she was doing better when she was staying at apartment when she first started posting on craigslist I think a little TLC and some affection for anyone goes along way. I think she just needs a good enviroment and some security.

I've said it once and I'll say it again, I've always had a soft spot for her. The one time I dreamed of her we had a great time. The 2nd time I tried to see her I spent an hour and 15 minutes looking for her because she didn't know how to tell me where she was staying. I chalked that one up to my inexperience in finding Memphis notels but I haven't called her since. IMHO, she has the looks and the talent to do much better. It's a damn shame to see her not be able to get her shit together. I would move her in with me but I'm not sure how to explain her to the SO.
