Houston, I think we have a problem
I think I have been able to compartmentalize my life pretty well. My work life is separate from my family life which is apart from my strip club life. On Saturday, the worlds threatened to collide. My significant other and I walked into my favorite sports bar where everyone knows my name and, what a surprise, there is a new bartender on duty. Unfortunately, she is a former dancer (one I got to know very well) at one of the places I frequent. She has changed her look quite a bit and it took me a while to figure out who she was. Unfortunately, I had not changed my look so I know she knew me immediately. In the meantime though, my SO and her stuck up a conversation. When we left, she thanked me by name for the tip, but it went unnoticed except by me. It didn't end in catastrophe that day, but iI'm afraid it is only a matter of time. I don't know what to do. It wouldn't bother my SO to change bars, she doesn't like it that well anyway, but I really do. I could go by myself when I think she is working and try to make sure everything is cool, but we all know what big mouths women have.
So, my question is, I'm sure some of you have faced the same problem. How did you handle it?
Superbowl week rumors or guesses as to charges.
I was wondering what sort of rumors people might have heard about clubs and charges for the big event.
Cover charges drink minimums etc.
I go to Rick's regularly and have been watching them gear up. Go in right now and you get too many servers, watch them hiring new girls every night. And they rearranged the VIP room to add 2 more couches.
Talking with dancers Tuesday it was clear that at this club there were more rumor than facts.
