I made the trip to Rio today to try out the new line up. I drew Maya. Late 20's-early 30's. Chinese. Definitely no spinner, very nice solid body.

Isn't it called ICE nowadays. And, you are on point with the licenses, etc.
I was in CPHC back before Black Wednesday and an inspector came in, visited the rooms (luckily we weren't into it too far and my boxers were close at hand), asked if I was getting a massage, and then disappeared.
He reappeared about 45 minutes later from the "office" around the same time I was leaving.
Maybe he got what he came there for!

I.C.E. is Immigration and Customs Enforcement. And you are right. If anyone were to inspect an AMP looking for illegal immigrants, it would most likely be I.C.E. This guy's post is just crap. The folks who would likely be looking for permits and licenses would be local LE, not the feds.
C.I.S. is the agency you would talk to in order to renew a visa, apply for citizenship, etc. As I said before, there's no I.N.S. any longer.

Had a bad dream at the One Triple Three 4th floor. I was introduced to Sunny, mid to late 30s, long straight hair, and a pretty nice body, but not an exceptional face. The TS was. Rougher than usual. But I wouldn't put it past any LEs to threaten the establishments with things that are not usually part of the responsibilities of their agencies, like ICE agents, for example, showing up to ask for business permits. It's not like the mamasans would really know any difference. To them, LE is LE, regardless of why the LE is showing up.
I don't want to dwell on this but when I first read GM's post I thought he could be telling the truth about what he heard.
The prankster in me imagined some nut-job walking in and claiming he was from Immigration hoping to get some kind of a rise out of the employees. I doubt many are up to speed on the name change from INS to CIS. Of course those of us who are dealing with these people (tedious) are well aware.

I careful review of the posts shows that my associate Ginger Man (who directed me to Downtown during a DC business trip a long long time ago and to whom I am eternally grateful...) was merely citing a post by CLRBARS, a newbie with 8 posts.

The post was accurate. The guy actually "robbed" some of the girls. Seems while he had them scurrying around looking for whatever, he snagged some wallets. Lots of scumbags out there! They will remember him for a long time!

I don't think that Ginger Man is pulling our leg here. I was over at Kyoto over 4 weeks ago and when I was making my way out, there were 4 LE cars parked outside. Curious, I decided to stay put inside my car in order to see if the LEs were spying the place. To my surprise, I suddenly saw " Summer " (An AMP girl that works there) coming out of the building looking all nervous. She was rushing to her SUV all scared. The LE's stopped her and she got really nervous. From my car, I could see that the LEs were asking to see her ID. About 35 minutes later, the mamasan and the owner came to see what was going on. 15 minute after, the LEs tried to get in the building with them, but they kept on trying to stop the LEs from going in and checking the place. The LEs were getting furious and angrily told them to calm down, after that they went in. I got the jitters and hightailed it out of there quicker than the desert melts ice.
I know you guys won't believe me, but I assure you that this is a 100% true.
If you guys don't believe me, go over to Kyoto and talk to Summer or the mamasan for proof.

My apologies. You posted two days later and failed to mention Clrbars as the original poster.
Went by Green yesterday and found a sign on the door "Closed For Remodeling". Bummer.
