I don't know if it was just the employee that day or the shop is just off their rockers but given that I've been to 1010 many times in the past this was probably one of the most ridiculous experiences I've had. Seeing how they're not replying to my messages now even though literally said they wouldn't block me from future bookings, I'm inclined to think 1010 probably colludes with their girls sometimes to pull these kinda BS stunts on customers.

While I sympathize with your negative experience, ultimately, you sorta fucked up. The girl was not comfortable with whatever skin condition you've got going on and it sounds like that could have been handled better.
