I have been to many of them and all of them are extremely clean. In my personal opinion, I think the city of Philly only allows Asians to have the parlors legally. I also think the Asian massage parlors pays L & I to keep them open and off there backs.

So my experiences have been hit-or-miss with massage parlors in and around Philly (more misses than hits honestly). Do you all ever ask for a different girl if you don't like the girl that comes out? What has been your result?

I never went, but I thought I read on the boards here, at some point, that they were closed. Did they open back up?
