I was driving down Market Street at 6 am and I saw this young petite girl, Caucasian or maybe Spanish, long dark hair, very pretty. She made frequent eye contact with passing vehicles and then waved to me. I was on my way to work so I did not stop. Best way to describe her is she is about 5'4", in her 20's a real spinner. Anyone know her and when she works?
Out around jays was a really cute spinner blonde. I have seen her a few times before. First time I saw her I thought she was a civi. Also saw her flip out as she was crossing appleton because someone had the nerve to not slam on their breaks for her as she jaywalked through the middle of the street paying no attention to the cars. I found Kay lunchtime the next day on South, she was wearing a hat, she said because she had a warrant out on her.
