If you offer to meet and they say online only, they can in theory get banned as fake. If they just quote a price that's crazy high, they don't get in trouble when you don't accept.
They may also have decided they don't want to see you personally, and don't want to deal with the drama of telling you that. It's a tactic I've seen used in business negotiations: if a vendor comes back at 5 x the cost of others during a deal, it's their saving-face way of saying "we don't want this contract; we're not a good fit. ".
That said, I don't know why they bother; it would take an act of god for a girls' account to get banned on SA. I bookmark ones I report as being blatantly false, and check back on another browser: there are SB's using pics from UK-based pornstars that still have live, active accounts months later. I can't even get them to ban accounts that say "I don't want to meet, I'm just selling foot pics" as their opening message on SA!

On more than one occasion, women who I was still seeing felt that they had made enough contacts to temporarily stop using their account. Both of their accounts showed back up in my inbox, same pictures, but attributed to different cities. I actually showed one of them my inbox and her mouth dropped, she screamed, 'What the hell! That's not me!'
Another woman I still speak with and see occasionally, her profile popped back up, but now it says that she's in Los Angeles. Same pictures and everything.
I have no way of proving this, but I believe that SA has staffers or is using some sort of outsourced group that will maintain profiles. Keep them active. Read emails. And possibly provide mundane responses that never go anywhere and never result in face to face meets. Just enough activity to claim that they have 'live members'. Again, I could be absolutely wrong. Oh well.
She is taken, just searching for some fool to pay her more so she can get more comfort.
Definitely not worth it.
