It is my understanding that if LE provides Google with a valid subpoena, they would supply LE with your account information, including the IP address from which you created the account and placed calls. How often this happens, I don't know. But I would guess that this could happen if the provider gets caught up in some federal or local felony investigation such as drugs, sex trafficking, promoting prostitution, etc.

She took my $$ when she got in my truck, then played dumb. Acted like I just took time out of my day just to Hand her $$ and drop her back off. She said she didn't have time to hang out and told me to come back later (which at that point I know she's working for cops.) she never responded since. There was a cop behind her hotel when I pulled in also. LaQuinta rt4.
My question on why would he meet her in his truck if she's at the hotel? And if she went out to the truck to meet him why would he give her the money? This so far really don't make any sense to me.

Why were they there in the first place and weren't they watching. Just way too many questions for me to swallow his story.
Also here is what Jess said in her post about that story. "If you seen the post where the asshole who posted saying I took his money. He gave it to me and didn't get what he wanted so posted saying I'm the cops! [B]LOL.Call Me.[/B].
I read that as she is mocking his ridiculous story. There's an LOL as that's a complete joke! So call me which I'm sure she would explain what's going on. I don't read that as she's admitted doing the crime. Just some guy talking shit.
Just recently members UOnlyLiveOnce and Kc148 had seen her and gave good reviews and no trouble occurred with them. So here's what just might had happen if it's true he lost money and I'm really really stretching it here. I've been at the motel location several times and there has been a lot of traffic coming and going. People going in and out at the back entrance. Just maybe another girl saw the guy sitting in his truck and figured he's a John. So she gets daring and walks over to him and enters his truck and plays the hooker. This guy thinks it's Jess and this imposture talks him into giving her the money LOL. I've seen SWs do some daring shit like that.
It's a stretch of a story I know but this other guy's story is every bit a stretch. Most likely he arrived and waited for the room number and saw a Cop car got scared and took off.

You've been around and are a seasoned Vet; not sure why you are continuing your investigative reporter angle on this one. It is what it is. Obviously, he is not going to see her again and she will continue to get business from mongers who trust her. It's a win win for both and life moves on.
I must admit that reading the posts on this matter have been very entertaining, but don't you think that it is time to move on?

All I know is I had a dream about her, I'm glad I did, there were no dudes lurking nearby that I saw, and she said nothing about what she was getting out of the deal until the end when she asked if that (referring to an envelope she saw on the desk) was for her. I know these ladies can go downhill pretty quick, but every aspect of my dream was good.

In a communication class I had a long time ago, there was a five word sentence that had a different meaning for each word you emphasized. So its impossible to determine exactly what to interpret from the broken sentence that was written without more info from the sender. So your steadfastness to your interpretation is just as incredulous as your slam on a very trusted senior. I can think of a number of situations that could meet the standards of not being a rip off on her part. Why did all of this take place in the cab of his truck?? Maybe that was the problem?
My steadfastness interpretation and my slam. Seriously? Quit being a drama queen. My interpretation is based upon what she wrote and I didn't slam him. I wasn't there, Harpo wasn't there and you weren't either. It is what it is. Obviously, others have not had the same experience with her and he isn't going to see her again. Why it happened in his truck, why he made the LEO claim, what services he was looking for, what the weather conditions were that day, etc. Are moot. Bottom line, use the information that he reported as you see fit. Creating fiction to fit a scenario is a waste of time. As an outsider, looking in, all you can do is make a judgement on what was written; by both of them.
