If your talking about the famous Tammy from the early 2000's she was Thai She said she lived in OC and was a student at UCI She was small but with curves nice bolt ons. She would do Greek, BBJCIM. She was great I first saw her at an MP on I think it was Firestone close to Atlantic and they moved to Inglewood and she went with them and when they shut down I saw her at another spot in Inglewood.
Agape. For the longest time Agape was my go to spot while in the area. Seems like they have been closed for quite some time (over a year? There was another little FS spot literally next door (door facing that back parking lot, in fact I think this was the original Agape) that had older Koreans but almost always with attitude and / or mediocre service. What happened to Agape? Did they move and rename or they also gone for good?
Green Sauna. This was another go to spot of mine. I drove by the other day and I saw a big For Lease sign hanging. Are these guys gone for good or did they move? I got frustrated and TOFTT at this place next to the Jack and Box a few blocks down. Totally legit and left with a major case of blue balls.
Any update on where the best spots in Gardena are these days?

Between 153rd and 154th on Western, there is a non-descript white building sans signage. It is 2 buildings north of 153rd on west side of Western Ave. You need to knock for entrance at back door. My sources say it is unknown to most.

So understandably there is financial gain in riding on Fiona's coat by others.
2. Short timing clients will eventually hurt Fiona's business as word spreads. Should we leave half the tip if we get served half the allotted time? Sounds like common sense economics?

That building seems to be the office of a roofing company now. I saw a truck with ladders and tools parked on the side of that building.
The building has a roofing company sign on it as of 12-5-14.

Based on the recommendations of others, I hit up Zen Spa in Lomita today after dropping my SO off at LAX. I had a hard time deciding between Zen and Thai Yoga massage, which is also in the area. The sense I got was that I would have a better chance of getting GFE at TY, but younger, hotter girls at Zen. My ultimate goal is to coax GFE out of the sweet young thangs, kinda like which you can automatically get at several places in Honolulu. LA and OC, not so much.

She was wearing a hoodie and sweat pants, and as she returned my smile, I was wondering what might be sequestered within her loose-fitting attire. I didn't have to guess for long.
I had waited in my "massage" room for close to 10 minutes when the transformed GND entered in a skin-tight pink and black striped mini-dress, matching pink lipstick and California fuck-me heels. I was, of course, starkers and semi-chubbed, when she said while hugging me, "hello honey, I'm Jenn, what's your name!" I gave her a name and a smooch, which elicited a giggle and a "do you want a massage or just have fun?" I chose the latter.
In all honesty, despite the fact that Jenn looked hot all made up, I thought she was even cuter when she had walked in the front door with the take-out food. Here are the pros and cons:
Pros: Very friendly, BBBJ with BLS (upon my request); baby-doll voice with decent English-speaking skills; enjoys DATY to the point where she panted, "you're going to make me make noise" (and I did), likes slow, romantic fucking and slam-fucking, too; doesn't ask for tip (but $100 given); helped me get dressed, told me to visit her again on Sundays or Fridays and wished me a Happy New Year.
Cons: No LFK or DFK, just light smooches here and there; not fond of rimming (giving or receiving) or any anal play other than some thumb circling; not as young as I was hoping for.
That said, the pros far outweighed the cons, and I can recommend her. But I live in OC, so it might be a while before I'm at Zen again (with or without Jenn again).
