Avernus, thanks for the heads up. Looks like the days of neglect for Biscayne Blvd are coming to an end, from the LEO perspective at least. Last time it was SW 8th St and Flagler (and boy did they do a clean up job. The area hasn't been the same again) , and next will be OT. Looks like Commander Morales is trying to inch his way up the pig ladder, as Police Chief Exposito crashes and burns. As always, the pigs go after the easiest targets to justify their measly jobs, instead of being out there pursuing the real criminals.

This particular operation may be unfolding now, but OT, Mid-town, and Liberty City have been on-going clean up sessions for the last 5 years, ever since the real estate "boom".

They wanted it all cleaned up because OT was going to be the next historical area of town to be cleaned up and made "trendy".

Mid-town and Liberty City were going to have upscale shopping and trendy condos too.

It hasn't been the same for the last 5 years, so this is just one more operation in a long line of similar projects.

Meanwhile, the real estate market crashed, condos are empty, OT was never developed, but they still want the SWers gone.

It sucks out there for the hobbyist monger right now.

It really sucks there is some sicko killing the SW's and bringing unneeded on the rest of us. Back in the early 80's there was psycho killing girls in SD. The cops really cracked down and drove off a lot of SW's.
