He tried to get a newspaper involved in his Crusade; they pulled a FOIA request right about the time Phil went loony tunes in April or so. But that didn't seem to accomplish much at that time.
Phil's one of us, gents. But he has the holiest of holy attitudes. And that makes it difficult for him to get off his pedestal and end his Crusade.
