I smoke nothing at all except some pork shoulder from time to time, so this is something I have observed. The dumber, more stupider, more criminal, a person is the more likely they are to smoke weed in their car. Its been scientifically proven. It is a free ticket to a car search by the police. Even weeks later the stench of weed in your car gives the police probable cause to search your car. I've told friends in the inner city how stupid it is to smoke in the car but they keep doing it. Maybe Milwaukee doesn't care but drive through Greenfield, Mequon, or Cedarburg, you need to plan on spending extra time in police custody. Some of you will dig in your heals and not take the warning because, you stupid!

I wouldn't admit to anything and ask that they issue a ticket for the alleged violation and let them to save the video on the dash-cam that shows the alleged violation. But you are right most guys are too scared to challenge the cops especially if you are in a vulnerable position.
