The problem with gonorrhea / chlamydia is that for women, there are often little to no symptoms at all. So potential SW's could be carrying it without any knowledge. Us men are lucky because within a day or two of catching it our junk begins to leak and it might hurt pissing so we'll know if something is off. But because the women are asymptomatic they could go weeks seeing dates and spreading it without checking themselves unless one of us alerts them to it once we get tested.
