We all should know that people some time don't act like they do when they are around us or people they know. After I PM'd a senior on here that said a UTR he had seen was looking for more help he gave me her e-mail info. I got to talk to ms Charlie and setup a meeting and was very impressed with her after we finally got to meet in person. That being said, I saw her yesterday with no issues. Nothing shady and seemed clear and coherent. We met about 1030 am and she was up and about, ready at the agreed upon time, and seemed sober, etc.
